From the article:

“... Heat eventually got to it and there was a chemical imbalance of Chloramine. ...”

Why haven’t other reservoirs had this problem?

One of the more interesting bits if info on Wikipedia is that Chloramines should be removed from water before the water is used to homebrew beer.

Obviously bad stuff.

Great questions! Marxists lie! Marriage redefined, confederate flags and soon American flags to be eliminated, etc.

In part the water crisis in CA has been manufactured - (and/ or made worse) by Agenda 21 proponents.

This patriot has been actively fighting Agenda 21 in CA and maintains the water to northern CA was cut off. In the video directly below he mentions an El Nino is coming - hence the video about it raining on June 30 and says that the Agenda 21 proponents want people to use water ONCE A WEEK.

Because most places don’t use chloramine. Or when they do they also use their heads. It’s one of those additives that doesn’t evaporate out, so if you treat to X level of chloramine then 5% of your water evaporates you are now well about X in your chloramine. Smart place compensate for that.
