“...They simply slow the progress of the nation moving toward the Left.”

Of course.

Here’s another way of saying it.

And Norm, you can take me to task, but there are millions of people in the nation who are as sick of this as I am.

They are not voting for the top of the ticket.

Give us a person who will actually work to roll back leftist encroachment or else.

“Romney did not lose.”

You are correct. Romney purposely refused to run against Obama and threw in the towel early. Being the son of an Alinsky-ite, he just could not bear to say anything bad about his fellow marxist-socialist. As liberal as Romney is, some “conservative” idiots still try to defend him

Being father of ObamaCare, and Massachusetts being the birthplace of gay marriage by his own hand, Romney must have had a great week at the Supreme Court last month. The rest of the US, anything but great.

evil is still evil regardless of whether it is lesser or more. By the same token , a white lie is still a lie. A lie is an lie whether it is white of black. Calling Norm names from now to eternity will not change that.

Why would I? I think it’s great you realized the reality and are taking steps to not repeat prior mistakes. That’s to be applauded, not condemned.

I wouldn’t let it bother you. It’s not like he has a clue as to what he’s talking about.

I look at it this way: I’d rather be Louis XV (”apres moi le deluge”) than Louis XVI (who got his head chopped off).

Of course I’d rather be neither one, and there’s a value in slowing down the decline, to give us more chance to rally and recover.

I agree with your description of the sad state of affairs we’re in.

Americans PRAY for an honest politician.

Where are they?

Did they vote for ObamaTRADE?

Did they support the Tyrant?

Did they ignore the Tyrant’s open borders,
infection disease importation and Quartering?

Did they remove ObamaCARE as they promised?

Americans are fed up this July 4th with LYING,
continuous lying and backstabbing of conservatives by
the GOP.

Where has been ANY accountability?

Benghazi Atrocity? GOP initiated it or helped.

IRS Atrocity? GOP initiated it or helped.

al Qaeda arming Atrocity? GOP initiated it or helped.

Amnesty Atrocity? GOP initiated it or helped.

Destroying the US military?

Going further left isn’t a solution. It’s siding with the problem. We have to stop making excuses someday. Today is a good day to declare your independence from failed thinking.

Okay brain surgeon...what is the path when there is no good option. You want to say evil is still evil, without realizing that if you would bother to define either more or less, you would make my case for me.

Time for you to STFU and make some sensible suggestions out there. And do a little dictionary research too.

Freeing the Cole bomber terrorists?

Freeing the ISIS Generals from Guantanamo?

Confusing exposing non EXEMPT Americans’ medical
and financial records ...
and daring to call it “transparency”?

Remember the bombing of the troop quarters in Lebanon many years ago?

Was that Reagan’s fault? The media and talking heads made sure it was labeled that way.

In truth it was his military leader on the ground whose lackluster preventative measures cost us dearly.

You couldn’t even talk to Conservatives at the time about it. It was Reagan’s fault for even sending troops in.

That was dead wrong. I’m not saying it was right to send the troops in, but I am saying regardless, that truck filled with explosives should never have been able to get to those quarters.

I know that Bush got most of the blame for the Lending Industry led collapse. In truth it was the Left that fostered the problem and led us to the crash.

My problem with Bush, and frankly I think he deserves all the blame he gets, is that he didn’t scream bloody murder about what was going to take place if things weren’t address. And then we also have to remember he had majorities in both houses of Congress, and they did absolutely nothing when they had the chance.

If Bush had only used his bully pulpit to alert the nation and complain that Congress wouldn’t act, when things did explode, he would have been vindicated. He didn’t. He got stuck with it. It’s his own fault.

The problem for us was, the blow-back didn’t just hit Bush in the face. It hit Conservatives in the face. The media was quick to link Bush and Conservatism as the people who led the nation to this mess.

Whose fault was that?

Bush had this nasty habit of not responding to things said about him. He was above all that. At least that seemed to be his take on it. Many times I longed to have the guy defend my ideals. Many times it never happened and the Left prevailed or at least got the good unresponded to sound bites.

In this last failure of his administration, he ushered in Obama. I’m sorry, but that’s the long and the short of it.

You’ll get a lot of folks who love Bush objecting, but there’s no denying this failure on our part. If you can’t fix something, you have to scream bloody murder so the public knows the facts before the ultimate failure.

Otherwise you take the blame. And so Bush has.

Beyond that Conservatism has.

Beyond that Capitalism has.

Bush was nearly a fatal blow to Conservatism.

Look at it’s fate today and tell me it’s better off after his term in office than before his term in office.

FRiend, there is an option today.

Boycott.

It REALLY pissed off the King and there was no
Internet then.
Everyone should get five people to Boycott MACY’s,
SERTA, and every other tyrannical pro-terrorist
organization NOW.

Those murders were Iran's fault.

And the First Tyrant blesses them (Iran) for it,
as he blesses those who crucify (Moslem Brotherhood),
those who enslave, those who rape (ISIS),
and those who murder to genocide (his Islamic terrorist partners).

Stanne, the point is this.

What do we need to do? Don’t we need to move the nation back to the right?

Moving to the Left is moving to the Left, and that’s what happens on our watch. It can’t continue like this.

The Left comes into the White House and they don’t take over and have to start going Left from where they left off.

They start the new administration father Left than when they Left office.

Is this what we categorize as victory? Sadly, yes. That’s what some folks are satisfied with to claim victory.

I’m not satisfied with this.
