I anticipate local “celebrations” to be about half of what they usually are, with the predominant attendees coming from the “gimme sumpin free” demographic.

Going to my brother's for the 4th. He would kill me if I brought up Obamacare. He and his wife lost their really good insurance. Now they have an expensive, crappy plan that won't cover his wife's twice yearly mammograms, but will pay if my brother wants a sex change operation.

All I have to say is “Obama” and my brother can go into a three hour tirade. Alas, he voted for the lyin’ king in 2008. Fortunately, he came to his senses in 2012.
