WASHINGTON (AP) -- U.S. employers added a solid 223,000 jobs in June, and the unemployment rate fell to 5.3 percent, a seven-year low. But wages failed to budge, and other barometers of the job market paint a mixed picture.
The unemployment rate fell from 5.5 percent in May, the Labor Department said Thursday. But the rate fell mostly because many people out of work gave up on their job searches and were no longer counted as unemployed.

Has Obama come out yet to crow about these new jobless numbers??? Maybe he will also say how homosexual marriage is creating lots of new job opportunities. And how the Affordable Care Act is working just as John Roberts intended.

Anyone who accepts statistics that have been determined from data analyzed, massaged and then released by the Obama administration is a fool.
The sad part is that there are countless morons out there that believe this 'shite' and will argue that it is valid.

If I were the next president, I would specifically hire a consulting team to go back and rework the numbers from BLS, and republish to show the real bad economy under the Obama adminstration.
And yeah, this number means EXACTLY what it would have meant under Bush! (Or even Clinton.)

Rush was talking about an economist who put the real rate at 42.9%.
