Trump is saying a LOT of good things....but really, is this rape comment one of them? Is that our big problem with illegal immigration, rape? Really? Seriously?
I do think one problem of illegal immigration is unaccompanied men. They may or may not send money home to their family. They often find a new honey while here, and sometimes have Dream Babies. It’s bad for people on both sides of the border.
It matters to the women being raped. Build the fence and worry about the illegals after it is built.

There was an article a few days ago about a very high percentage of the "migrant" (invader) girls being sexually abused, including rape. Also about over 100 of these invaders being imprisoned for murder.
Trump is absolutely 100% correct that all kinds of crime and lots of undesirables (paraphrasing) being a large part of those crossing the border.
Trump is correct, and I suspect the vast majority of law-abiding moral US citizens agree and are glad someone finally has the courage to speak out.
Sounds to me like he just dropped a truth bomb right into the war on women.

In his original statement, Trump reeled off a whole laundry list of various types of felons coming across the border, including a few harmless people seeking work and a livelihood. The Media, and then GOPe grabbed one word, “rapists”, and flogged that one word as though that was all Trump had said. They’ve even got him defending that one word.

The vehicular homicides done by drunk illegals. The high percentage of violent crime and non violent crime done by illegal aliens that would stay in their own country if they weren’t here.
You name a crime, and many, but not all, are doing it.
More criminal activity is something that we don’t need and should be left on the other side of the border. We have enough of a home grown criminal problem.

Trump cited reports that 80% of the women illegal immigrants are raped in their journey. So exactly who is raping them? It ain’t the US border patrol
Actually, yes. He is trying to point out that many of those coming here, under darkness of night, intentionally trying to avoid detection, are breaking far worse laws than just the immigration laws. We are paying BILLIONS annually to hold them in our prisons, We are watching as our families and neighbors are being victimized. This is a group of people that have no right to be here anyway, they are ALL lawbreakers already, and many more commit some truly heinous crimes. It is long past time we reversed the flow, for our safety, for our economy, and for our security.
