It's not normally that hot where you are, is it?
We've cooled off, but boy has it been raining; almost broke the record for June rainfall.
Yup, a 4-day weekend coming up. Starting Friday and I'm taking Monday off. When I return next week, I will officially request the company retirement package.
I need to pick up some local veggies for the weekend.
Will definitely be having hot dogs and hamburgers.
You off today? Tomorrow? Plans? When is son-boy leaving?
Have wonderous Wednesday.
Have a wonderful Wednesday anyway.
Good morning EG ((HUGS))
Whatz up out your way?
Woo-Hoo!!
I'm working today and tomorrow.
Son is currently in Miami and taking off to Haiti soon, he'll be gone until the 9th.
100 plus all week isn't unusual, just too hot for me :-)
strange; one assumes moving north would be cooler. Maybe you need to visit the coast one day and get some relief.
Prayers for traveling mercies for son-boy.
It’s going OK here. They’re forecasting 94 today with a Heat Index of 99 so going to take it easy some today.
You Are a Hot Dog Eating Contest |
You tend to work just as hard as you play. You have a competitive spirit, even if you don't take competing too seriously. You may not always admit it, but you like to be in the spotlight. You enjoy others recognizing your success. You enjoy being the best at something, even if it's a silly thing to be the best at. There always has to be a winner. For this 4th of July, you're going to have the best time ever. And you may just break tradition with your own zany activity. Whether you're hosting a party, putting on your own fireworks show, or baking a delicious pie - you're giving this holiday your all. |
