If it had not been for the bravery of her fiancé, Saera Wilson may have been one of the more than 70 victims of an attack on a hotel in Tunisia.
As the Daily Mail reports, 37 people were killed and 36 wounded when extremists attacked a resort area in Sousse, opening fire at a beach near the Bellevue Hotel.
Wilson was on vacation with her fiancé, Matthew James, and the two were sunbathing when the shooting began.
Wilson says that James put his body between her and the gunmen, shielding her from harm while taking three bullets in the stomach. Even while injured and bleeding, James told Wilson to run for it.
He told me: I love you babe. But just go tell our children that their daddy loves them, Wilson said.
Wilson and James have two children, six-year-old, Tegan, and 14-month-old, Kaden, whom they had left with family in Wales during their break in Tunisia.

I know it isn’t but don’t tell me how special this couple is or how great he is. A real man would have made an honest woman of her long ago...the daughter is six for crying out loud
Of course the sanctity of marriage has turned into a farce . In the UK and now in the U.S. Perhaps a religious ceremony in a church with actual morals....and skip the degenerate definition of state legal marriage.
Wow - ever consider that the ceremony means a whole lot less than the way a man (and a woman) handles their relationship and how they care for each other and their children? Maybe they realize they were married in God’s eyes when they became intimate and are planning a wedding as a sign of that realization.
Sorry, I have no idea where in the USA you live, but it’s a short (three hours) and inexpensive flight from the UK to Tunisia.
Tunisia is lovely? I imagine the Gaza Strip has some nice beaches too. But I’d sooner vacation in Camden NJ than in any muzzie land. And yes I travel, and have traveled to many places I wouldn’t travel to again.
It’s a dangerous world out there and it’s best to avoid shark infested beaches and muzzie infested lands.
If they are unmarried to collect benefits then I can only say the taxpayers deserved a better outcome to this story.
Good points.
I continue to be amazed at how quickly shacking up has come to be accepted even among people who consider themselves conservative. Very sad.
In my opinion, this is an example of why homosexual "marriage" is here to stay, and the further steps, such as polygamy, are almost upon us.
Although people voted against it, they will not speak up or take any action in opposition, because the vast majority support having no moral standard for sexual behavior other than "consent."

Well, I guess if you avoid shark-infested beaches, California and Florida are out of the question. If you avoid Muslim nations, you’ll never see huge chunks of the world, including very many beautiful places.
Add the NC Outer Banks to the list of shark-infested beach locales.
You can visit a shark-infested beach and stay out of the water.
But if you visit a muslim nation to see the beauty... well, I guess the question is, what is beauty worth to you? Keeping my head connected to my neck is worth a lot to me. Can’t imagine what “beauty” I’d risk that one for.
As far as this couple goes, they leave their kids behind and go on an adult vacation to a muslim nation. Strike One. Strike Two. Strike Three. At least in my book.
NC Outer Banks... look at a google maps... out in the Atlantic is a little emblem: Mid-Atlantic Shark Area

Yep, all part of the plan. Sad.
(Love the hash, BTW.)
Thanks.
They were not attacked because they were unmarried - it’s doubtful that the terrorists knew their marital status - they were attacked because they were white Europeans.
Tell that to the shrill poster.
