Chick-fil-A, the Christian fast-food company that is closed on Sundays to honor the Sabbath, ranks at the top of all fast-food companies for customer satisfaction, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index Restaurant Report 2015.
Chick-fil-A was vilified by LGBT supporters for its CEOs remarks supporting traditional marriage, but that hasnt stopped it from topping the list the very first year it was included. Years before the recent Supreme Court decision legalizing sane-sex marriage, Dan Cathy, the CEO, responded to the Supreme Court decision to overturn the Defense of Marriage Act by asserting that it was a sad day for our nation.
Not only did Chick-fil-A head the rankings, its score was the highest ever recorded by the survey, despite the fact that the average score among fast food companies dropped almost 4% from 2014. Good service appears to be an antiquated notion, as staff courtesy, the efficiency of checkout or delivery, food quality, and order accuracy all plunged from last year.
Chick-fil-A earned a rating of 86, followed by Chipotle Mexican Grill (83), Panera Bread (80), Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, and Dunkin Donuts (78). Subway, at 77, surpassed eight companies tightly bunched between a ranking of 75-72: Dominos, Little Caesars, Starbucks, Arbys, Wendys, KFC, Burger King, Taco Bell, and Jack in the Box.
McDonalds trailed badly, winding up at the bottom of the heap with a ranking of 67.

Hick-fil-A? Freudian slip? :)
How can this be??? This company is a horrible corporation with horrible values per liberals.
Rahm Emmanuel said this company doesn’t represent Chicago values. What are Chicago values, drive by shootings in the ghetto?? Is it a bad thing that this company doesn’t represent rahms Chicago values???
Please get the headline changed.
I was wondering the same thing myself. I see the title has been corrected.
McDonald’s has really slipped.
Anecdotal evidence is that McDonald’s just doesn’t have the customer service or food quality of the past. Not that they ever had great food quality but you kniew what to expect at McDonald’s years ago. Not so much today.
Hmmmm
Now, I’m hungry....
This is a much deserved award.Exeptional people work for Chik-fil-a and they are well trained.Bravo!
I’ve crossed Popeye’s off my list. Their service is so memorably bad I’ve complained to their corporate office...crickets.
Not surprising. I have never had a bad experience at Chik-Fil-A, going back to 1977. Truett Cathy was a great businessman and I also love their support of the family and traditional values.
There is one here in Sarasota Fl. if you work there you get a workout just the takeout line would be a good business.
I’ve never been to one but I see one recently opened near Seattle; I’ll make an effort to go there.
The Chik Fil A near my work is awesome! Not only is the food outstanding, one of the young ladies that works the morning shift is absolutely gorgeous. I used to order my food to go all the time. but on mornings when she is there I sit down to eat. She is well worth looking at.
Ain’t that the truth! My buddy and I usually go into McDonald’s for breakfast on Friday mornings, as the store is very close to my workplace; the service is horrible, food is so-so, restaurant is dirty!
In short, five stars on everything, and now we go weekly, and they are opening new locations closer now, all great!
Interestingly, they are the most inclusive restaurant for employees we have seen.
The Socialist leftists are world class liars.
Be careful. Saying you enjoy looking at the girls is probably considered micro aggression by the liberals.
I just wish that we had one around here.
Simply amazing when one uses Christian principles in their business, isn’t it?
I’ve been to Popeye’s once. The food was OK, but the service was great. The very active manager (a black lady) welcomed the customers in, and kept the employees hustling. The employees mirrored her positive manner. It was not even a good part of town, so I was pleasantly surprised.
