In this “uni-party system”, as you say, how will Cruz get this out of committee?
How will he get it passed by congress?
How will he get it passed by the legislatures?
What judiciary has ever actually been improved by retention voting?

Nope, not an attack, simply pointing out that just because you think or feel something is true, does not make it a fact, simply your opinion. And that stating that opinion as fact, is simply incorrect. Try again.
Your so-called logic that you declare you are using in your posts on this thread, does that include your divining the motivations behind why Ted Cruz proposed this solution?
