Notice how all your argument focus on attacking me. While mine focus on the facts at hand. Try using facts and logic for a change. If you really think this plan can work you can answer these 4 simple questions:
In this “uni-party system”, as you say, how will Cruz get this out of committee?
How will he get it passed by congress?
How will he get it passed by the legislatures?
What judiciary has ever actually been improved by retention voting?
