Jeb Bush said Saturday. Bush, who plans to meet with black ministers in Charleston, South Carolina, on Monday, said identifying potentially violent people before they commit such crimes is a better approach than further restrictions on gun ownership. We as a society better figure out how we identify these folks long before they feel compelled to take up a gun and kill innocent people, the former Florida governor said at a town hall meeting. And then, this . . .
Afterward, he told reporters gun control was an issue that should be sorted out at the state level.
Rural areas are very different than big, teeming urban areas, he said.

“What is this place becoming, HuffPo? DailyKos?”
Along with the “purity” sellouts constantly urging us to settle for less, there was a guy here the other day—I’d ping him if I could remember his name—saying that JEB was: “a little squishy” on border control.
“Squishy”?
This latest Bush, also a `compassionate conservative’ like his Dad and bro’, has dropped all pretense and isn’t `squishy’ at all. He’s pushing for amnesty, and now gun control!
With FRiends like this, who needs enemies?

“identifying potentially violent people before they commit such crimes
Wow what a terrible idea.”
The first test to identify violent people will be to ask “do you own a firearm, machete, or hammer?”

Your headline does not accurately reflect the article. I’m not a fan of Jeb Bush, but let’s be fair.

“We told you he was “REPUBLICAN IN NAME ONLY” !”
Based on my observations, he’s not a RINO....he’s just a Republican....
I think that the RINO term no longer means anything..
Because it appears that what we call a RINO, is really just a normal Republican.
It appears to me, that 95% of the repubs are all RINOS...

Told ya so. All those who say they won't vote for go right ahead. It won't make a bit of difference. Voting won't make any difference. Its who counts the votes that matter. Its going to be Bush III vs Hillary and Jeb will win. If you think what Barky did or tried to do was bad it will pale in what Jeb will do.
I fully expect a Australia/England set of restrictions on firearms under the Jebster most likely in response to some sort incident like Aurora or Newton. Plan accordingly.

So, if(when) he ends up being the candidate, will you stay home come (s)election day? Seems that’s what happened in ‘12. A lot of people stayed home rather than vote for mittens. Thus the lyin’ king part II.
