Two of the five votes concerning same sex marriage are totally illegitimate. They were cast by Elenor Kagan and Sonia Sotomayer acting as though they are legal members of the United States Supreme Court. Any challenge to this ruling should include a challenge to their legitimacy as they were appointed by a Usurper, not a legal President.
It's time to take the gloves off and get the courage to confront the evil that is before us. I can prove that Obama is illegal just using the Twentieth Amendment, Section Three and have made this case many times on this forum. The charade has gone on long enough. We the people have the "reset" button in our hands with the Obama eligibility issue and we need to use it.
That the current federal government has declared war on on every one of us cannot be disputed. Obama's weak spot is his legitimacy as a legal President. Attacking it is our nuclear option. Someone please, hit the button.
The Dutch are more evil, but not nearly so stupid, as Americans. Thus, their “punishment” will be delayed.

What possible good comes of pursuing this approach? It’s been pursued for nearly seven years and led to a dead end every time. What concrete steps are you proposing to turn the tide other than creating yet another rant thread?

Sure. Not that it matters. Nothing matters. Our legislators are cowards and turncoats, out courts are corrupt, and the psycho man-child in OUR White House is running the asylum.
Goldman Sachs celebrates the SCOTUS ruling on gays...and probably on obamacare also. The GOPe has done the job assigned to it by it’s masters...now all it has to do is convince the voters it isn’t what it is.

If they are not formally and effectively challenged, these two will continue to get away with it. They know Boehner, McConnell and Pribus present no real threat.
Article Two, Section Two, Paragraph Two of the Constitution grants advice and consent power to the Senate. A president “nominates” but with no Senate consent, there’s no appointment.
Article II, Section 2, Paragraph 2:
[The President] shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall NOMINATE, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, JUDGES OF THE SUPREME COURT, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.
Not only that but the pubbies are supporting Obama just as much as the dems, if not more so.
It's been established that he never "qualified". That by itself is enough.
Not one person in Congress will attest under oath to the legal authenticity of his birth certificate or that they have even seen such. They are commanded by the Twentieth Amendment, Section Three to have done so and if he was found to not be eligible, appoint an interim President who "shall have qualified". This wasn't done. A "qualification" did not occur. That there is any question about his being eligible still exist tells you it never happened. That alone is enough to prove we have a reasonable doubt about his legal status and probably a usurpation of the Presidency. The destruction has gone on now for too long to not challenge his legitimacy.
I feel your anger....but you’re tilting at windmills.....so to speak. Perhaps a fools errand. May make you feel better, but it’s not going to happen. There are other avenues in which to invest energies that at least have a chance of making a difference.
My brother in law is Dutch...he is a saint. He grew up in Amsterdam admist all the pot etc. and never bothered with it ...or the sex for sale.
My sister had brain cancer that should have taken her 2 years ago. Somehow she made it but her life has changed. My brother in law takes care of her day after day - his life also is changed forever.
You ought to watch such broad statements as “the Dutch are more evil”. And I don’t think it’s for us to figure that everyone who isn’t like us will be “punished”. Life isn’t fair.

If your argument had any legal weight, it would have been heard in a forum far more influential than this one. That is has not speaks volumes about its efficacy, if not its legitimacy.
Whether Obama is a "legal" president or not, he is recognized as such. There is no way you're EVER going to be able to invalidate all his actions since becoming president. So if that's your tack, study up on Don Quixote, cuz you're tilting at the world's largest windmill.
