Richard W. Matt, one of the convicted murderers who staged an elaborate escape from New York’s largest prison nearly three weeks ago, was killed on Friday in a burst of gunfire by federal agents, two people with knowledge of the situation said.

I have a friend on 10 wooded acres in Central Fla.
Was visiting a few months ago. When he leaves the house he unlocks the doors.
“If they’re coming in I’d rather they not break in, just open the door”.

While it is good that he is dead, seems like FNC is beating this into the ground. The second worst SCOTUS decision (behind Roe) has been issued and all they have been talking about the past hour is this guy.

I had a judge once ask me if I could preform a marriage for an inmate of the local jail (murdered a sheriff) to his girlfriend.
She (the judge) said if an inmate wants to get married, the authorities have to arrange it.
I should have done it, but declined because I didn’t have the proper ordination.
They love to have the real issues that damage our Constitutional Republic sidelined

In a more rational universe, the prison guard’s confession would have been enough to send her to the gallows...after a fair and *extra-speedy* trial, of course...
