At least 27 people have been killed in an attack on a hotel in the Tunisian beach resort of Sousse, according to an interior ministry official.
The attack was on the Imperial Marhaba hotel, a source and local radio said.
A security source at the scene said the body of one gunman armed with a Kalashnikov assault rifle lay where police had shot him dead. It was unclear whether there were other assailants.
Sousse, some 150 kilometres from Tunis, is a popular resort for both Tunisians and Europeans

I don’t believe this report. After all, our President has told us mass murders with guns don’t happen in other countries - only in America where they need to be banned and the owners persecuted.

Its been very popular with the British and Irish since the 1970’s, and until March, a safe country. I have been there, and enjoyed it greatly: lovely country, friendly people.
And frankly, Americans are the last people to lecturing about violent, unsafe countries where people commit mass shootings.
As are Europeans.
Mass shootings by population are minuscule. What you don’t read across the pond is shootings by the ferals in such places like Chicago and Detroit that take dozens almost weekly. These are perpetrated by mostly convicted felons who are legally banned from possessing firearms, killing each other
Don’t believe all you read. We are a safe country with minor aberrations like everywhere else.

I live in a nation of over 62m, yet with a murder total of less than 800 people a year. A nation where just six children are murdered by strangers yearly. 120 children murdered a year, 97% by parents. The UK has 1/4 of the US murder rate, at worst 1/16th of the gun crime rate, and the gun murder rate is so different its almost not worth comparing.
My country has currently perhaps ONE operating serial killer, compared to 50-200 in the US. Also the UK has produced since 1970 less than 50 serial killers, compared to the US’s 1400+ (mostly white btw), according to FBI figures.
NOR do I live in a nation swamped (albeit too many) and/or run by Muslims. Muslims have no major social, political or economic power. What you hear are the loud voices of noxious minority Muslims. Empty vessels, loudest noises etc etc......Muslims make up 4% of the pop., and three parts of the UK and even many parts of England have little or NO Muslims or ethnic populations. And Muslims are not the largest ethnic minority (by far, that’s the black population of Caribbean descent who came here from 1948 to the 1970s).
I have no doubt that many parts of the US are safe, but I will take my chances in the even-much-safer-despite-the hype UK.
Well you may wish to keep an eye on the Muslims who are living in the UK. We have that here too....but I am not uncomfortable as I know I will be able to protect myself and family or die trying (honorable way to go....going to go sooner or later anyway)
You might want to question your statistics. They are so easily stretched, especially by left wing news sources.
Yes occasional aberrations are going to happen.....it’s the price I pay for living in a free republic. Wouldn’t have it any other way.
