Roberts couldn’t have done more damage if he were a foreign agent seeking to harm the U. S.

King v. Burwell is the Supreme Courts Humpty Dumpty decision, that the written law no longer means what it actually says, but can be modified at whim by the president, to mean what he wants it to mean. In effect, the Supreme Court has just decided to cede all of its power to the president.
Through the Looking Glass (1872):
When I use a word, Humpty Dumpty said, in rather a scornful tone, it means just what I choose it to mean neither more nor less.
The question is, said Alice, whether you can make words mean so many different things.
The question is, said Humpty Dumpty, which is to be master thats all.

How nice of Roberts to help them do their homework....
"Daddy, I've got this Communist Manifesto that needs some clever sleight of hand...can you help me?"
To: skeeter
It isn’t as though the wording was an accident or a typo, Gruber admitted that the words used were deliberately chosen.
This is crazy.

Last week I learned I golf as well as Tiger Woods. Today, I learned I know more about the law than the chief justice of the US freekin’ supreme court!

To: Kaslin
Yes, it was poorly written and unconstitutional.
But you, Justice Roberts, instead of ruling on the law as written, decided that it was in your constitutional authority to transform yourself into a unelected and unaccountable legislative body to rewrite those parts of the law that didn’t pass constitutional muster.
There’s a word that our Founders would have used to describe an unelected and unaccountable legislature: TYRANNY.

Traitor Roberts plans to use his Humpty Dumbty position (When I use a word, Humpty Dumbty said in rather a scornful tone, it means just what I choose it to mean neither more nor less.) as the precedent for the upcoming redefinition of the word "marriage".

If this doesn’t end in a constitutional amendment to fix it then it is wrong to blame the “leaders.”

Inartfully written or purposely vague?
To: Kaslin
Contorting to support a badly written law makes its interpretation and related regulations even more complicated.

I see something like “the soft bigotry of low expectations” going on here.
That is going to backfire like mad.
