A full-fledged cultural cleansing of the Southern States is under way - and the latest victim is the General Lee.
Warner Brothers announced they will remove the Confederate Flag from atop one of the most famous cars in television history. They will also ban any Dukes of Hazzard merchandise that once sported the Confederate flag.

“Dukes of Hazzard”, oh yes that bastion of Southern bigotry where Tom Wopat was originally from Wisconsin, John Schneider from upstate New York, Catherine Bach Ohio, and Sorrell Booke was from Buffalo, New York.
The funny thing is that I can remember watching interviews with the cast and Catherine Bach recalled that when she went to her audition for the role of Daisy, the waiting area was filled with all sorts of starlets trying to look and sound like Dolly Parton (with the blond hair and emphasis on breast size) and she was this taller Ohio brunette. Schneider says his competition showed up mostly in suits and ties and clean cut hair and he came in wearing faded jeans and a tshirt and with a opened can of beer (won the part hands down, lol).

I don’t know how anyone contacts Amazon - even if what you receive from them is broken or ruined. The only thing you can do is find some product that refers to the Confederacy and blast away in the review section.
It's been happening a while.
Universal released the Dukes of Hazzard movie in hidef on HD DVD in 2006. HD DVD lost the hidef format war to Blu-ray but Universal never re-released it in the Blu-ray format.
It's a lousy movie with little to recommend it except it does have Jessica Simpson in her prime.
I’m waiting for Daisy Dukes to become a micro-aggression.

Hmm. Maybe someone should make a meme out of that.
There is a commercial in which the Dukes are bing chased in their car and trade it in with cars.com or some other such website. The flag is not depicted on the roof of the car. I never really cared for the show in the first place, but I suppose this deals a deth-blow to any plans to ever release the show on DVD or Blu-ray. If they have already released them, they’ll probably be recalled.
