Amazing. This turd was rammed through by a democrat supermajority in congress without a single republican vote. One 2016 presidential candidate - Sen. Ted Cruz - filibustered this turd before it's pathetic launch. Yet, if found unconstitutional it's the republican's fault?

Up is down. Down is up. The media is corrupt and the GOP leadership is pathetic.

that’s what I was thinking. It’s interesting that the problems always fall on the shoulders of the Republicans.

Psyops designed to scare skittish Republicans into acting. The more of these stories there are, the more astrotufing the MSM will create to sway our weak and feckless leaders in Congress.

It is only a problem if they take any of it seriously. They need to stand up, grow some gonads, flip off the democrats, media, and other interests telling them we didn’t vote for your pathetically bad bill. The “women and children hardest hit” meme needs to be ignored. Demand that the democrats figure it out and/or apologize to those who supposedly lose coverage for their gross incompetence.

Yeah, I know, most of the GOP are worthless douchbags so that won’t happen.

Obamacare is headed towards actuarial death spiral next year. Pretty hard to keep spinning this as a Dem success. Supremes would be doing Dems a favor to kill it.

The other republicans are not fooled at all..

Some republicans are NOT FOR; THIS REPUBLIC...

They have “democracy” delusions.. i.e. Mob rule by mobsters

There won’t be any quandry, Republicans will RUSH to make whole, probably offering Federal subsidies to replace the state ones if they are found invalid. And it will fly through Congress with token opposition from those who know it’s going to pass overwhelmingly and vote no to make political points. Of course Obama will happily sign it.

It will be the budget bills all over again.

The Republicans will offer a bill to extend the subsidies for a year and end the employer and individual mandates. The Democrats will scream bloody murder and demand a “clean bill” that only extends the subsidies. The Republicans will cave and that will be that.

The entire election will be controlled by the Democrats anyway. They have bought so many voters that there will be no contest. So as far as the hope on Obamacare is lets go for dropping these free loaders that live on welfare and subsidies for health care.

I wouldn’t be surprised if all the writers at Reuters had bad backs since they spend so much time carrying the Democrats water.

“One man in the right is a majority.” Henry David Thoreau, Democrat poster boy

So we would have a party in control of both houses of Congress, and furthermore which had nothing to do with excreting this thing upon the productive half of the country—not a single Republican senator voted for it—but yeah, you’re right:
Many in the GOP will fold like card tables once the MSM starts shouting `J’ accuse!’.
That’s all this is—preemptive smearing by Rooters.

I’ve made it clear to my rep that if he doesn’t do all he can to reverse a Democrat law that penalizes taxpayers who can’t afford health insurance in order to “subsidize” (subsidize: euphemism for “taking some more of your pie so useless eaters can have things you don’t have”) Democrat voters, I’m going to do all I can to see him lugered.
If they can’t or won’t take care of citizens, what good is the GOP?

That the gop views obamacare as a “quandary” and wants to figure out a way to subsidize it if it dies within the week tells you pretty much all you need to know about them.

Democrats created it (behind LOCKED doors), and they all voted for it without reading it. Not one Republican had ANYTHING to do with it, not ONE VOTE! If the Republicans accept grief on this then they are just Democrats in Republican cloth. What a bunch of traitors, whiners and LOSERS!

There is no quandary. Do the right thing. Let Obamacare die. Let it die now, effective the end of this year, so it’s old news by the time of the election, not that Obamacare’s death will cost the GOP any votes. The people who like being parasites will never vote for a conservative, so those who mind losing this terrible insurance are no big loss.
