The first thing Lawrence Shaw noticed about the congressional candidate in his driveway were the medals — a Purple Heart, a Bronze Star with a “V” for valor, and a Joint Service Commendation decoration — clipped to her blazer.
“Are you retired military?” Shaw asked, taking a break from his lawn work to walk over to the broad-shouldered woman.
“Yeah, 20 years, Navy SEAL,” Kristin Beck said. She brushed back her long blond hair and showed him the silver pendant on her necklace, an eagle clutching a trident, anchor and pistol.
“Wow, I didn’t know there was a woman SEAL. That’s amazing,” said Shaw, a retired Army colonel.
“I’m the first one,” Beck said

I just wish they’d either say transvestite for those dressing like women and transgender for those that haven’t taken the snip. It is disingenuous to muddle the distinction of someone who has and has not snipped it.

The person your story talks about is a male, no matter how many body parts he cuts or distorts or tucks or how many chemicals he injects into his body.

For a society that somehow thinks of itself as educated and scientific, we sure have found a way to pervert PERCEPTION over REALITY.
The correct term is “He/She/It”.
Very sad, actually, if this guy, or whatever it is, was once a US Navy SEAL.
This is the goal of liberals, to make us despise our own country and our fellow Americans.
They are gleefully pushing and pushing this with all their might.
I’m not saying this person is a liar, but many self-described “women” you see on TV like Jerry Springer end up saying to those they’ve duped “I was born a male.” Then it turns out they’re STILL males. They are just homosexual men who get their jollies fooling straight men. Even some of the famous cases, Jenner for example, play coy about whether they have or plan to “do it.”
Personally, I’d think the percentage of homosexuals who actually go through with the operation is quite small within that 2% of homosexuals in this world.
A mentally ill male who thinks he is female is transgender even before he does anything about it (at least as I understand the word this week).
A mentally ill male who is taking estrogen to look female is transgender even before surgery (at least as I understand the word this week).
A mentally ill male who has been surgically mutilated to reshape his groin in an imitation of a female is transgender even though he's still XY and still male (at least as I understand the word this week).
Similarly, a mentally ill female can be transgender all in her head, with hormones, or with surgery to stitch her vagina shut and add imitation male genitals, (at least as I understand the word this week).
Who knows what "transgender" will mean next week.
