The film, which will run Sunday on the Discovery Channel and the Oprah Winfrey Network, is focused on the president's My Brother's Keeper effort, which uses private money to target job training and educational programs at young men.

We need a law that says welfare has to skip a generation. If you have been a welfare child, you are not eligible for welfare as an adult. If you are a welfare child, you would need to get an education and a job.
wow. South American blacks do pretty well. They make more than the average of all US adults. I would have never thought.
10,000 is a large gap. You are right. I wonder if this includes welfare for the American blacks.
At the very least. What is an adult doing on welfare for more than the time it takes to find another job.
My friends worked at a check cashing place and the number of healthy young black men coming in was staggering, he said.
I would imagine it includes welfare, but, and I’m not trying to be funny, welfare isn’t going to make anyone wealthy. I guess if they then had a job where they’re paid under the table their income could be pretty good.
no. welfare doesnt pay alot. but the section 8 and food stamps add up.
I have a cousin on SS who never worked. He’s the outcast lol.
between money and rent subsidies and food stamps, he gets about 2k per month.
