I would imagine it includes welfare, but, and I’m not trying to be funny, welfare isn’t going to make anyone wealthy. I guess if they then had a job where they’re paid under the table their income could be pretty good.
no. welfare doesnt pay alot. but the section 8 and food stamps add up.
I have a cousin on SS who never worked. He’s the outcast lol.
between money and rent subsidies and food stamps, he gets about 2k per month.
