In the 45-minute “festival of narcissism” that was Donald Trump’s rambling presidential announcement, one particularly nasty passage proved him to be a menace to the Republican Party. It was the one about Mexican immigrants.
The U.S. has become a dumping ground for everybody else’s problems. [Applause] Thank you. It’s true, and these are the best and the finest. When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.
That plays well with many far-right Republican primary voters desperately clinging to an America that no longer exists. But such rhetoric is the death knell for the GOP — and the party knows it. The Republican autopsy of its thumping in the 2012 presidential elections was blunt in its self-assessment. “Asked to describe Republicans,” the report notes on page 8, “[focus group attendees] said that the Party is scary,’ ‘narrow minded,’ and ‘out of touch’ and that we were a Party of ‘stuffy old men.’ Sounds like Trump.

I lived in Santa Barbara, California for many years.
In the late 1980’s, a young blond woman was raped and murdered in her own home.
The police caught the killer, who turned out to be an illegal alien from Mexico.
The local newspaper, “The Santa Barbara News-Press,” ran a headline which stated, “Mexican National Arrested for Local Murder,” or something like that.
The idiot local liberals had a fit because the killer was called a “Mexican national.” He WAS a Mexican national!
You would think they would care about the woman who was violated and killed, but no, they were concerned about the illegal alien murderer. It made me sick.

Do you know that we have trade deficits with 90% of countries we trade with? Are you aware what that means? It simply means those countries are dumping stuff but we can’t dump in theirs because they have erected barriers for our goods.
Result? Middle class (=manufacturing) jobs disappearing here.
Which politicians have more experience negotiating deals with foreign countries than Trump? If Trump can fix that one problem, it will be better than anything any other candidates can do to improve our lifestyle. I dunno if Trump can do it, but he is the only one talking about it, and does have huge experience in international business. He owns businesses all over the world.
That’s right. “Concern trolls” on the Left are all over the media. They are soo worried about Trump sullying the Republican field of candidates.
Trump says a lot of stuff that pleases me just fine, but he can not hold to one single thought long enough to walk across a room. He is all noise and can not shut his mouth.

The candidates need to take everything Trump is right about and make it their own, and ignore the rest.

We can solve this problem:
Don’t let illegal aliens vote.
If it is anything illegal than I certainly will not vote for Trump. If it was legal, he is just a smart businessman.
At least Trump leaves no place for weasels to hide. It is an issue and it will need to be addressed. Running all of the scallywags out of their dark corners and into the light is good.
The PC ship is sinking. People are on overload from that poop being forced down our throats.
Abortion is legal, so I guess Planned Parenthood is just a smart business. Especially if they can get to teach 3rd graders sex ed. It’s legal, so it’s smart business, right?
