Documents supporting the seizure of 27 vehicles from those reportedly involved in the May 17 Twin Peaks shootout reveal new details of the escalating turf war between rival biker gangs and their support groups that clashed with deadly results after a motorcycle association meeting was moved from Austin to Waco.
Prosecutors filed notices Tuesday of their intent to seize and forfeit 17 motorcycles, eight pickup trucks and two SUVs, alleging the vehicles are contraband used during the commission of the noon-hour incident that left nine bikers dead, 20 wounded and 177 jailed on engaging in organized criminal activity charges.

The Cossacks are not members of the local COC&I and the Bandidos are. However, the Cossacks consider Waco their territory and made the decision to take a stand and attend the meeting uninvited, according to the court documents.
Cossacks threatened that Waco was a Cossacks town and nobody else could ride there, the records state. The large number of Bandidos and their supporters showed up to the Region 1 COC&I meeting because the Bandidos wanted to have a show of force and make a statement that Waco was not the Cossacks town.

Well, the cops fired 12 rounds from military-grade rifles and cops shoot ‘center of mass’ so at the outside the cops tried to kill 12 people.
We might find out sometime later that the cops are responsible for most of the nine deaths.
There have been at least 3 biker funerals so far and a coroner doesn’t release a body until the autopsy is complete.
So where are the autopsy reports?
Too embarrassing to release or just being slow-walked like most of the other information that would clear things up?
Lots of bloviating about a lot of non-illegal stuff.
I hope they get around to charging someone with simple assault before the sheriff's auction.
>>> I hope they get around to charging someone with simple assault before the sheriff’s auction. <<<
Exactly!
This whole ‘punish folks who haven’t been found guilty in court by stealing their stuff’ is just plain wrong and I can’t figure out how anybody could remotely consider it constitutional.

Add to this a Waco DA who has been practising this big time. He has 2 prosecutors on staff to do this stuff. A few years back he stated in a public meeting that he had 1/2 million $ in an account from Asset Forfeiture.
This is more than about the money, it is about the agenda. Not sure who is running this, but it is not in Waco.
If you want a big round up, imagine 3,000 people arrested at once, and 13,000 over a period of less than 10 days or so.
????
It was a mass arrest that I was involved in at one time.
So large that some were held in makeshift internment camps, like a coliseum, and other sites, and not fed or issued bedding for days, and no charges for most.
Rescue by any chance?
Well...according to the MSM ( Office of Information...) SUV’s kill people and animals all the time.
No, not rescue, mass arrests, just life in America.
People don’t seem to know about, how big arrests can get in America.
“gang related markings and memorabilia”
Carrizal:
the bike had markings that read 1%, Bandido Property, and I Do Gang Things.
Really one could not make this up!
“better than that stupid “police massacre” meme “
Interesting how much detail these forfeiture documents contain.
Such as Ray A. Nelson, Jr.
“. . . this Cossacks version of how the bloody battle at Twin Peaks began. Nelson was shot in the incident and was not arrested.”
snip, the Cossack prospect had his foot run over by a Bandido, snip
” ... argument with the Bandidos. One punched Nelson in the eye. At that moment, he saw another Bandido walk up and pull out a gun, the document states. The Bandido shot Nelson in the neck and the bullet exited his shoulder.”
LOLOL!!! Thanks for a much-needed chuckle!
1. The bad guys were probably restricted to Bandidos, who have established reputations and are on an LEO list of dangerous criminal clubs. The Cossacks are NOT included on that list, and in my own personal searching, I discovered that the Cossacks were only deemed "criminal" by LEO after Waco. Also, I discovered that local to Waco, asshat bad-dud Bandidos had several times harassed/attacked Cossacks just for being Cossacks, but of course in the eyes of law enforcement who responded, that then makes Cossacks "equal" to Bandidos.
2. These supposed bad guys who were "there to rumble" were made up of Bandidos on motorcycles who had just ridden past about half a dozen marked police cars before said rumble, and Cossacks who could plainly see the same massive number of cop cars IN VIEW.
I don't know what this was, but I know what it wasn't. It wasn't a bunch of bad asses so incredibly stewwwwwpid as to pull-down in the clear presence of half a dozen marked cop cars.
Was he among the same bunch of Bandidos who had just pulled into the parking lot after having passed about half a dozen clearly marked police cars?
Got any criminal records for the Cossacks in terms of organized meth, robbery, trafficking, racketeering, extortion, etc?
Just reading some of the prior records on the folks losing assets is interesting...they're definitely not wide eyed innocent school kids thats for sure!
We’ll see...hopefully.
