The controversy over the Waco 170 continues as mre info comes out about the people who were arrested after the deadly May 15th shooting incident outside a biker event in Waco, Texas.
Now with this exclusive interview with one of the arrested, you can make up your own mind.
Did the Waco police overstep their authority and arrest innocent people? Or did they do the right thing and bust over 170 dangerous bikers?
Its one thing to read about it. Watch our interview with Matt Clendennen and if you can figure out whos telling the truth: the police or the bikers?

I see a lot of crazy things at the local Bike Weeks.
That was one of the gentler things.
>.<
Prolly.
Unless youre in San Fransicko.
"Now just hold on there, Pilgrim."
There was a guy in a Speedo at last year’s Gettysburg Bike Week.
He did not have a Speedo body but that did not deter him one bit.
The weirdest thing I saw was a BDSM ‘vendor’.
For a price, you could whip or be whipped.
I’ll be surprised if that is there, this year.
Bikers did not seem overly amused.
Truthfully, being around bikers with guns would be safer than having both bikers and cops with guns. I don’t recall any incidents where bikers took out a bunch of women and kids, but I recall a few times your heros have.
Seem like one happened right in the same town. At least they didn’t corral everyone into the restaurant and burn them all to death this time, though I’m sure you would be fine with that too.
I’m thinking that the cops should arrest you. Just to be sure.
I would say the police presence in Sturgis, for instance, while somewhat onerous is a bit of a deterrent to general misbehaviour, even though that may once have been considered harmless fun.
Having police, sheriffs, BATF, SWAT including snipers, and whoever else present for what would ordinarily be a peaceful CoC meeting is somewhat suspicious, and frankly makes me wonder if there was an agent provocateur or two in the ranks somewhere as a CI or UC.
The whole situation reeks of a set-up, and the follow-up lethargy in processing, release of video (and no doubt there was plenty), wild-eyed weapons counts, and other pejorative statements only entrenches my opinion.
For the police there to convince me they have acted properly is an uphill battle at this point, especially considering the John Doe warrants and million dollar bonds.
Aside from filling the commercially operated jail (170 vacancies? really?), and the potential haul from auctioning over 100 expensive motorcycles, I have heard that the situation has created what Harley Financing considers disproportionate risk, which is cause to call for the note on the bike financed through them to either be paid in full or the bike repossessed. link
If that is the case, anyone who has no criminal record, who did not commit a crime (other than being there, which was likely not a crime in and of itself) who has a motorcycle financed through HD Financial is at risk of losing it, and some allegedly already have. Cui Bono? I don't know, nor do I know who they are related to, but those who did nothing but show up for a meeting of the CoC and got arrested are getting another level of screwing, whether they committed a crime or not.
You think it's likely, let alone possible, for two thirds of dangerous bikers to have NO criminal record?
Yes? No?
That's worth a BUMP.
That's a good point!
It is a total mystery as to what the real purpose of this thing was, but it was deliberate and I kinda figure Waco's local cops had a small part only.
Amen.
You know, it isn’t what I “can” and “can’t” believe. It’s where the truth and the evidence point.
Good post.
So you're saying he cops were just in opened fire first, Pre-Crime Prevention?
I have not seen any report on who shot who when?
If you do, pls provide a link.
The Waco Chief said on Friday that HIS men were sitting in their vehicles when trouble started. They exited their vehicles and three of HIS men fired a total of 12 rounds.
We have no information on what Abbot's men or Obama's men were doing.
You think it's likely, let alone possible, for two thirds of dangerous bikers to have NO criminal record?
Yes? No?
This isn't about me...the notion that the Confederation of Clubs regional meeting in Waco was open to the general public is at odds with what several of the regional CoC members, the people who actually organized the meeting, have said.
Absent evidence to the contrary, why shouldn't statements made by people who organized the meeting be taken at face value? And if they aren't being truthful why not call them out on it?
.
No kidding!
.
“The Law” created this out of whole cloth.
Absolutely nothing out of order was happening until LEO bullets began flying. That created confusion, and caused two biker individuals to react briefly. Just two.
That is the reality. You may prefer something different, but I’ll stick with what the known facts say.
If your home page is the real you, you need to have your posts to this subject removed.
