The controversy over the Waco 170 continues as mre info comes out about the people who were arrested after the deadly May 15th shooting incident outside a biker event in Waco, Texas.
Now with this exclusive interview with one of the arrested, you can make up your own mind.
Did the Waco police overstep their authority and arrest innocent people? Or did they do the right thing and bust over 170 dangerous bikers?
Its one thing to read about it. Watch our interview with Matt Clendennen and if you can figure out whos telling the truth: the police or the bikers?

"He wasn't wearing any vests, no colors, no bike, was in a vehicle and was in the wrong place, wrong time."
Says you...lets see what the courts say.
Too bad he wasn’t a card carrying member of the ACLU like you huh don-o?
It’s impossible to even bag the hundreds of pieces of evidence and examine the bodies in that amount of time. You have a murder scene with nine bodies and almost 200 arrested. You know how long it takes to process just one arrest? This was a clusterf—k from the get-go and should be treated as a special case. And just because some guys pleads his innocence by saying, “I’m an accountant who only rides on the weekends and they let me wear some cool patches!” doesn’t mean they are going to just let him go.
Welcome to my Ignore List. Idiot.
You've been listening to Sgt. Spreader of Silly Stories Swanton too much that the Cosacks weren't invited. All you have to do is search for motorcycle events and you'll find it scheduled months in advance and open to any and all. These are not closed meetings. Wow, here's one URL that actually states "PUBLISH_PUBLIC".

You're understanding has been flawed from the get-go. CoC's (CoCI's) are open, neutral ground, and that's why it was advertised.
THEREFORE, lack of a criminal record, as with TWO THIRDS of the folks who were arrested, proves to ME, a person who actually lives, breathes, lives and loves real people in the real world, that two third of them were just ... bikers, not even wanna-be bad boys. It's pretty obvious.
I am as naïve as a baby when it comes to NYC -- you are from there or live there, correct? -- and I could easily be duped regarding anything to do with NYC culture; I know it. YOU are as naïve when it comes to Harley riders -- the difference is you don't know it.
Another piece of the Matt Clendennen news conference that I just found:

Visions of the Village People.
Maybe you should try again, with a reasoned and thoughtful argument.
;D
You're assertion, as usual, is uninformed. Likely as not, 99% (if you know anything, that number is significant) of the time, there is no difference at all.
And just because someone doesn't have a criminal history doesn't immediately exclude them from prosecution. That's where facts and evidence come in.
I mean, come on. There were NINE dead bodies in a parking lot of a restaurant! And if you were part of a gang that contributed to those deaths, even if it ends up that you weren't directly involved in violence, you need to be investigated. And bail needs to be set in a way to discourage you jumping it. These guys are known to be transient. Many of them, anyway.
So you’re asserting that the original melee could very well have been started by a family who was simply eating breakfast? Because, as you stated, 99% of the time there’s no difference at all. Or is this just the 1%?
Apparently, you don't know what you are talking about, and for that matter we still don't know who killed who.
Motorcycle clubs have a reputation for being self-policing, and the baddest of the bad will handle their problems out of the public eye, whether those problems are internal or between different groups.
That was decidedly NOT the purpose of a CoC&I meeting, which is to discuss legislative issues which affect everyone who rides, and to help coordinate run schedules to allow clubs to have events which are not competing for the same crowds on any given weekend.
This has been posted more than once by people who are knowledgeable about the subject, but apparently you haven't been reading along.
Look up the CoC&I and find out for yourself.
The same could be said for tent revivals.
Youre tempting fate by bringing such a large number of these guys together.
Yep, they are all sinners at tent revivals, too.
Hey. Who told you that you could wear pants? Put them assless chaps on, git in the kitchen, and cook us up some meth, subhuman!
; )
@Smokin' Joe
Dude, you've got to read this thread. Really.
All that may be true, but this meeting went bad in a hurry. Just like anything else, the few ruin it for the many. But places like Sturgis and other large rallies are different, it would seem. You have thousands of bikers, not a concentrated gathering of hardcore guys who don’t like each other.
If the tent revival brought the Hatfield’s and McCoy’s together under one roof, then yeah. You’re tempting fate.
