It’s impossible to even bag the hundreds of pieces of evidence and examine the bodies in that amount of time. You have a murder scene with nine bodies and almost 200 arrested. You know how long it takes to process just one arrest? This was a clusterf—k from the get-go and should be treated as a special case. And just because some guys pleads his innocence by saying, “I’m an accountant who only rides on the weekends and they let me wear some cool patches!” doesn’t mean they are going to just let him go.

No.
There is not a “special case”.
There is a constitutional provision and it will be abided by.
If they can’t come up with a reason to hold people, then they have to let them go. If they turn up something later then they can issue a warrant later. It’s strait forward.

A twelve year old in Texas understands this.
