Donald Trump is running for president. The multi-billionaire announced his presidential plans today from his namesake tower in New York City. Trump, 69, was introduced by his daughter Ivanka as he formally declared his 2016 intentions, descending down an escalator with wife Melania to speak to the gathered crowd. In his remarks he attacked the Obama administration on everything from immigration and terrorism to Obamacare and the job market as he promised to bring back the American dream. He also released his financial information, revealing a net worth of $8.7billion.
'We need somebody that literally will take this country and make it great again. We can do that,' said Trump. I will be the greatest jobs president God ever created 'Ladies and gentlemen, I am officially running for president of the United States, and we are going to make our country great again.'
As for what he could do for the country, Trump said he would be the 'greatest jobs president God ever created.' He then added; 'The fact is, the American Dream is dead - but if I win, I will bring it back bigger and better and stronger than ever before.'
As for Obamacare, Trump called the program a 'disaster.' 'ObamaCare must be repealed and replaced with something far superior and at far less cost,' he said in his remarks.
Trump also put much of the focus of his speech on the issue of immigration.
The fact is, the American Dream is dead - but if I win, I will bring it back bigger and better and stronger than ever before. 'It is way past time to build a massive wall to secure our southern border - and nobody can build a bigger and better wall than Donald Trump,' said Trump.

Wow, it is sinful, but I am envious. I wished that would be truly said of me that I put my belief in the Lord Jesus Christ - and his revealed will in scripture - ahead of ALL other considerations. :-)
To bring America back:
Remove, by act of Congress, abortion, the definition of marriage, and several other issues, from the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.
We MUST have a Red Scare—purge the universities, the foundations, the Congress, etc., of REDS.
Pass a statute, finding that Islam is not a religion within the meaning of the First Amendment. Deport all practicing Muslims. Tear down all mosques.
Deport all people who are in the U.S. illegally. This would not include Obama, since he will need to be prosecuted for usurping the office of the Presidency despite his being a non-citizen.
Prosecute all the felonies committed by “Obama administration” officials. No “new tone” in Washington until the criminals have been tracked down and imprisoned. “New tone” must no longer mean “let the felons in the previous administration skate.”
Define the Dollar as 1/20 oz. of gold, end the Federal Reserve, and abolish fractional-reserve banking. After allowing the market to determine the exchange rate, exchange current Federal Reserve Toilet-Paper Dollars for the new Dollar.
Repeal the Sixteenth Amendment.
Repeal the Seventeenth Amendment.

In the last ten minutes he listed some bullet points:
1. Repeal and replace the big mistake Obamacare.
2. Build the Great Wall, the Border fence on our southern border and have Mexico pay for it.
3. Deal with ISIS. I will find the General Patton, the right guy, and make the military work against ISIS.
4. I will stop Iran from getting nuclear weapons. I will negotiate and increase the sanctions.
5. I will terminate illegal executive orders on immigration.
6. Fully support, protect and back up the 2nd Amendment.
7. End Common Core, let the local communities and states handle it.
8. Rebuild the nation’s infrastructure. I can build them for a third of the cost. Some of our airports are like a third world country, LAX, LaGuardia. They need to be redone.
9. Save medicare, social security and Medicaid without cuts. Get rid of the fraud, waste and abuse. You save them by making the United States rich again.
10. Renegotiate our foreign trade deals.
11. Reduce our 18 trillion in debt.
12. Strengthen our military and take care of our vets.
All of these sound like things the majority of Americans want to see happen. Hard to make a case against any of them, given the state we're in.

Well Norm, every circus needs a clown and I guess we have one now.
Have people forgotten that this guy also has gone bankrupt more than a few times?
He is a bored rich guy with a huge ego and wants to play reality show with our presidential race. We already have a bunch of those types in the ring. But he will offer comedic relief if nothing else.
He knows all of the right things to say to get the crowd fired up but he will be bringing all of his Hollywood type social freaks along for the ride. I’ll bet he doesn’t want to talk much about social issues.
