We already have single payer for Medicaid (70 million) and Medicare (47 million) so it is just a matter of time before we have single payer for everyone. The corporations want to eliminate employer provided health care. They almost always get what they want.

The Supreme Court will never overturn this. The Roberts Court has shown its hand. It wishes to stay out of politics and will twist itself into whatever pretzels it needs to in order to get the job done. Kennedy, Roberts, whoever is needed to dive on the grenade of rendering an opinion that will put them out of favor with the Beltway rlimg class set.
