Four Weeks Later: Waco Police Narrative Unravels
Breitbart Texas ^ | Lee Stranahan

Posted on 06/14/2015 4:18:39 PM PDT by House Atreides

"Four weeks after the deadly May 17th shooting incident outside a Waco Twin Peaks restaurant, more details have come out concerning the incident, but significant questions still remain about the actions taken by law enforcement and the police’s account of what transpired.

Although the national mainstream media has largely moved on from the Waco story, if critics of the police are correct, the incident represents an unprecedented civil rights violation and media cover-up campaign by the Waco authorities....

...In a statement on Friday, the police said that of 16 officers that were in the parking lot, only three fired a total of 12 shots. However, the statement still didn’t clarify how many of the bikers were killed by police. Authorities say they have not recieved final autopsy results that would clarify ballistics...."

No finie, I have no theory like that. Must be one of yours.

En mass cops everywhere are mostly donut aficionados, who took the job because they get paid to ride around.

Have been on several juries in which we convicted in spite of the sloppy police work, BUT, that is not the same with Texas Rangers. Those guys quit school on account of recess, they do not play.

When the Rangers, who were at Waco after the shootout to investigate, go along with the Waco police report, it is as close to jospel as we will find.

If you care to accuse the Rangers of plotting against the bike gangs, then you are either a fool or a liar.

My explanation is that most Texas policemen, including Waco's local cops, are WAY too professional, smart and savvy to make such a mistake (of arresting 177 people, holding them in jail for three weeks or more on MILLION DOLLAR BAIL and only a third had criminal histories), THEREFORE the LEO involved were of another caliber, specially chosen for whatever this was about. It was not an accident or the result of over-zealousness. It was deliberate and planned. To what end, is another topic entirely -- DON'T CONFUSE THE ISSUES, PLEASE.

I don't know what it WAS, but I sure as hell know it what it wasn't. It wasn't super-dumb-ass bikers acting out in the presence of God knows how many cameras, cell phones, and SIX marked police cars in broad daylight in a crowded public place. I sure as hell know it wasn't an honest mistake on the part of overzealous officers.

Sorry, I gotta go with Occam's razor on this one.

I see. In other words, you opt for the idea that EVERYONE involved was that wholly completely STOOOOOPID, that it resulted in the deaths of nine civilians and and a whole lot of folks with ZERO criminal histories being jailed for weeks on million dollar bail. Attributing that to "Occam's Razor" is pure rationalization, nothing more, nothing less.

Thank you, LT Calley, for your superb explanation of the events at My Lai. I'll admit, it looked bad at first glace!

Now we understand that your Company C was just strolling past the village on a recreational hike, just when (by pure coincidence), a pistol fight broke out between rival factions of Vietnamese villagers. Thank goodness that your troops were available to snuff out the violence before more people were hurt!

You will be “Occam’s Razored” right into police state tyranny. But at least you’re assured no one will laugh at you for being a “conspiracy theorist” — no siree!

Well, the only thing you fixed was now we got another genuine idiot to raise their hand. Now everyone knows who NOT to go to for smart well thought out opinion. Then again it only takes about 75 IQ to qualify for a knuckle dragging thug bike gang wannabe.

The only people ever to have your conclusion on the Rangers are those the Rangers help jail.

The only credibility WPD has is the Texas Rangers. When the Rangers investigated the Twin Peaks shoot em up and stood by the police report, that is good a gold.

What crimes did these ‘Grim Guardians’ in the article commit?

“Grim Guardians members King, Harris and Garcia were featured in a previous Breitbart Texas story because they were arrested near the Twin Peaks scene, but hadn’t actually been there. They were given a smaller bond and then released, but once Waco officials realized they had been released, they ordered the trio re-arrested… before they were eventually released again.”

I would dare say that its likely that half the people, across all States, who commit attempted murder or murder had no prior criminal record.

You would do yourself and your lost cause a favor by thinking about what you write before tapping POST.

By the way, what the hell happened to all the teeth gnashing and screeching about poor bike gangers Constitutional Rights? Guess the bike gang sympathizers/apologists actually had to read the Constitution and then STFU.

Then again it only takes about 75 IQ to qualify for a knuckle dragging thug bike gang wannabe.

Yet in Texas, those knuckle-draggers are so smart at evading arrest that most of them don't even have a criminal record. So that must mean that you think Texas cops are even LOWER in intelligence than the 65 percent of 75-IQ knuckle-draggers who get away with their crimes, even though they wear SIGNS on their BACKS publicly proclaiming to cops and everyone else that they are bad-ass criminals!

I'll bet the Rangers love that you have that perception of law enforcement in Texas.

Poof, there went what little credibility you had left.

Now run over to the corner and tap the next Tag Teamer who wants to be exposed as a backer of criminals.

“I have. I keep asking for their names or club names (crickets chirping)”

Then maybe you should try reading the initial article instead of acting as if you had.

‘Grim Guardians’ is the name of the Christian MC club that is the subject of the article. Any Freeper who read the Breitbart piece couldn’t miss it. How did you?

I'm not sure why everyone involved would have to be stupid. It seems it takes a police supervisor to order the arrests, a DA/prosecutor to make the charges and a judge to adjudicate and set bail. Do you think a line police officer would refuse an order to arrest everyone wearing colors? Should they? Not everyone involved would have to be "in on it".

Compare that to the number of people/entities that would have to be involved in a pre-planned operation to make this happen. I still don't know what your theory is, only what you think improbable, but I do know which explanation is simpler.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was serious overreach by law enforcement. If so there should be accountability, but I still haven't heard a more plausible alternative.

Tell us, were your friends the ‘Grim Guardians’ armed? If so could you explain why would an honest Christian group needed to carry?

If they really were innocent as lambs, when you dress up as a Pretend Bike Ganger and are in the wrong place at the very worst time, you get rolled up with the wolves.

Oh, so they CLAIM! This is the same bunch of dudes that could NOT abide by the club rules of a decent riding club and had to strike out on their own.
