U.S. Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) warns:
It appears there will be another attempt by Tuesday to force through new executive powers for President Obama. A vote for TAA next week is a vote to send fast-track to the Presidents desk and to grant him these broad new executive authorities. If that happens, it will empower the President to form a Pacific Union encompassing 40 percent of the worlds economy and 12 nationseach with one equal vote. ... Fast-track will not only apply to the Pacific Union, but can expedite an unlimited number of yet-unseen international compacts for six years. There are already plans to advance through fast-track the Trade in Services Agreement, the goal of which includes labor mobility among more than 50 nations, further eroding the ability of the American people to control their own affairs.
Americans do not want this, did not ask for it, and are pleading from their hearts for their lawmakers to stop it.
The same people projecting the benefits of leaping into a colossal new economic union could not even accurately predict the impact of a standalone agreement with South Korea. The latter deal, which promised to boost our exports to them $10 billion, instead only budged them less than $1 billion, while South Koreas imports to us increased more than $12 billion, nearly doubling our trading deficit. This new agreement will only further increase our trading deficit: opening our markets to foreign imports while allowing our trading partners to continue their non-tariff barriers that close their markets to ours. ...

OK Obama. I’m sure we don’t agree with you because we are stupid and not because we know a liar when we see one.
That must be it.
Yea Nay
Republicans 86 158
Democrats 40 144
They need 92. 158 republicans didn't vote for it. 144 Dems didn't vote for it. They can split the difference and twist the arms of 45 Republicans and 46 Dems. It's definitely possible. Or maybe they will get all the Republicans to vote for it except the few dozen who really are conservative.
We need to make sure every Republican understands that they will be Cantorized if they vote in favor of TPP.
TAA rather
Who is water-boarding you to make you utter such nonsense???
I agree. One problem has been that because all our Obamacare protests were ignored, people kind of gave up. But I think if we look at this in a new light, that we can make a difference if we're heard, things could change. We need an all-out organized front though, phones, emails, texts, twitter.
OK Obama. Im sure we dont agree with you because we are stupid

You said that— or, I think you did.
I nominate Lt. Col. Allen West to be the Leader of our Grassroots Political Movement for Conservatism.
Who is water-boarding you to make you utter such nonsense???

I’ve read some of your comments, sir-— The truth hurts, eh?
I can hold my breath for a very long time, so it doesn’t work on me.
;)
Im disgusted with Cruz for pushing this so hard all over the media. His base is the conservatives. I think he just lost half of his base. He obviously doesnt care.
Correction, his base was conservatives. Cruz isn’t stupid. Standing with the kenyan and Ryan is mostly likely a move to position himself as more of a moderate for his POTUS run. Maybe it will work. He sure has the low info voter half truth talk points down.

Great!!! That’s a deal!!!! You keep on holding your breath, let me know when you stop.
There has to be a way to organize. Conservatives showed they’re still the majority in 2014 but we’re fractured. And it doesn’t seem like there’s a conservative leader interested in organizing us. Michele Bachman was fabulous for that.
Probably stop after Cruz realizes his Conservative base has abandoned him, thereby forcing him to leave his political aspirations behind in the muck and stink that he wallowed in while supporting ObamaTrade.
The only way to not act on a conflict of interest IS TO NOT HAVE ONE!!!
All politicians have a conflict of interest. Sleeping with a managing partner of Goldman Sachs is a conflict of interest by Ted.
We were willing to vote for McCain to keep Obama out. We were willing to vote for Romney to get Obama out. And people were excited about Ryan. We all wanted Obama defeated so bad that we went along with the rinos. We’d be better off to let the republican party die.
The opposition to this bill is going to get more intense as more information about it is released.
It is poison.
Just wait until West announces he is in favor of free trade, lol.
