But bizarrely offers no proof or explanation

On MSNBC today, Washington Post reporter Janell Ross hinted that Jeb Bush was covering up a major family scandal -- but she offered no proof or explanation for her comments. Even the MSNBC host made an effort to distance herself and her network from the Post reporter's comments.

"I guess I was rather stunned, I guess, to hear that these things had been written in a book at a time when the governor probably had his own issues that he was struggling with in his personal life," Ross said. "It seems like a strange time in your life to suggest that public shaming is a good way to address problems."

"Well explain," a bewildered MSNBC host said. "You're intimating something there.

Plus, Jeb Bush knew about the Arizona shoplifting arrest (because he bailed her out and paid her fine) and that it should have been reported to Florida prosecutors, too when doing the drug charge plea deals.

I’m with you... this is creepy. It’s about as important as ‘buying a fishing boat’ or ‘getting four speeding tickets’...

I’d like to see the damn press get a little excited about Hillary basically accepting bribes... but I guess the little so - called journalist don’t get that handed to them by their dem handlers.

Did he hire a lawyer? That’s less then buying a fishing boat.

Ross continued: "I guess I won't suggest anything. I will come right out and reveal it. Jeb Bush has been a Democrat all along. He's been contributing to Democrats through shell companies, and was a leader in the effort to elect Barack Obama... both times."

"Oh, THAT?" replied the host, "Yeah, we already knew."

I haven't been paying much attention to the Rubio boat issue, but when I read the above comment, 2 thoughts came to mind:

1. Boat Envy by the writer at the NYT.

2. Dexter. He owned a similar boat. [Reference to Showtime's series.]

Next, some enterprising Lib reporter will try to equate Marco and Dex.

It’s probably true. I hear his wife’s second cousin took out a two hundred dollar loan to buy a luxury speed boat.

Let’s see.....
He bought a boat!

No, wait......He owns a 2nd house!

No, wait......He married a minority!

No, wait.....He has children!

It
s so funny. I mean, I don’t really get excited about Jeb, but the Democrat front runner has more bad issue than Bayer has Aspirins and no one wants to touch her with a 10 foot pole! LOLAre they afraid she will “Vince Foster” them? Heck, if I were a reporter I’d had a field day shredding Hillary apart.

"...Based on current "journalistic" standards of just reprinting opposition research ... Maybe he has a boat big enough that it won't fit inside Hillary's..."

I admit I stopped reading right there...

Hm. Wonder what it could be they have on Jeb Bush?

1) He admits to using coke

2.) He admits to using pot

3.) He hangs around with someone who thinks millions of dead Americans is an acceptable price to advance his agenda?

4.) He hangs around with, retained as a spiritual advisor, got married by, and dedicated his book to a man that damns America to God.

5.) Idolizes a man who wrote one of the most immoral books ever written,, and whose author dedicated the book to Lucifer.

Heck, at least one of those has to come up in the conversation that would disqualify him from office, right?

True.

But it is the way they all do business whether we cheer or not. I don’t care for Jeb Bush and won’t vote for him, but I decry the “media process” they all adhere to.

Let me guess... Jeb’s wife is a blood relative of Che Guevara? :)

He secretly calls himself "Caitlyn"?

I know the Bush family secret. It’s a genetic quirk. All the men were born with testicles that never descended. Even after surgery to correct it, they kept going back up. It’s rather sad. W had several procedures even while in office, one just a few weeks before 9/11, but within a year, whoosh, up they went again.

Where do you see a reference to 1995? In any event, that was a long time ago — all the way back when Hillary was on bimbo patrol, nuking anyone who spoke out publicly, ladling out the hush money, and going Queeg on the vast right wing conspiracy. Those things we are mature enough to take in stride ... but if Jeb failed to shine his shoes, we’re in a whole world of hurt.

The WashPo reporter referenced 1995, the time of the book release.

Jeb Bush should not be held to a lower standard just because of Hillary’s awfulness.

I’m no fan of Jeb, but it looks like it’s his turn to have the false “there’s a scandal in there somewhere” narrative turned at him.

Soon, they’ll turn their guns on the others as well. Their tactics should be laughable, and on the surface they are, but the simpletons out there in electorate land hear these sound bites and vote based on what they hear.

Jeb will use the same dirty tactics on Conservatives during the primaries but will play patty-cake with Hillary once he becomes the RNC’s Designated Loser.
