Churches will lose all tax exemptions. They will be limited on what they say. LGBTQ will be able to go to a church and request a job and if denied will sue and win and that is just the beginning. Christians will easily be jailed. Dr Kent Hovind is still being held on contempt of court chargers and has been in jail over 5 years. I forgot more than I can remember. Short of impeachment, I have in the past posted a scenario for a "constitutional coup d'etat.
I posted this scenario a few months ago. It's a constitutional coup d'etat.Another Alternative to Impeachment.
Here is a perfectly constitutionally legal form of coup d'etat that can be used to oust Obama without going through a nasty impeachment process.
Imagine the following scenario.
Amendment 25 Section 4Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.
Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.
1. Joe Biden organizes the principle Cabinet members to side with him and declares Obama to be unable to discharge his duties as president, citing his bizarre behavior as evidenced by the scorched earth destructive actions that he's taking against the advice of others. He submits this signed declaration to Orrin Hatch and John Boehner and assumes the Presidency.
1a. As an interesting variation, "either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide" suggests that Congress can pass a law naming another body besides the Cabinet that can side with the Vice President. What if Congress were to pass a law allowing, say, a body of NYT and WaPo editors, ABC-NBC-CBS-CNN-MSNBC journalists, college deans , Wall Street bankers/investors like Warren Buffet - a totally unelected body of people - to legally declare the president incapable of discharging his duties? What if Biden gets these "intellectual elites" to side with him to oust Obama?Of course, Obama would never sign such a law today...
2. Obama then fights back by sending a letter to Hatch and Boehner stating that he is not incapable of discharging his duties, and he declares that he has resumed the Presidency.
3. Biden then gets his supporting body to redeclare within four days that Obama is still unfit for office.
4. Once Biden redeclares that Obama is unfit, Congress must then assemble within 48 hours if in session, or within 20 days if in recess, and vote to accept Biden's declaration by 2/3rds vote, or to accept Obama's declaration that he is still fit for office.
5. Congress sides with Biden and declares Obama to no longer be President.
6. Joe Biden takes over as acting President of the United States.
This was originally intended as a thought-experiment fantasy. Now I'm not so sure.
The question is whether Joe Biden is an Obama stooge, or is he a patriotic American? Would he stand by in a misguided sense of party loyalty while America is scorched, is he a full party to it, or might he think it's gone too far and try to stop it using an expedient constitutional process that is not the long, drawn out affair that is impeachment?

Find an incident, a spark to ignite the flame, ratchet it up to a raging inferno.
It means to orchestrate civil unrest/race riots then follow with terrorist attacks.
This is where the “spontaneous” lie with Benghazi came from. Spontaneous protest followed by spontaneous terrorist attack, neither of which were spontaneous. There was a planned protest followed by a planned terrorist attack.
For the last 23 years, whenever a Clinton is running for President or is planning on running for President the Scorched Earth Policy is employed.
During B Clinton impeachment the Clintons had a threat of “Scorched Earth”. Most people believed it was a threat against republicans not a threat of race riots.
In August of 2002, Charles Barron let it be known that if blacks didn’t get reparations for slavery there would be “Scorched Earth” meaning there would be race riots in every city in the US.
Hillary was all on board reparation for slavery until C Barron used the term “scorched earth” to describe race riots which came back on Hillary for the Clintons use of the term “scorched earth”.
More than likely “scorched earth” is a repeat of calling for reparations for slavery and promising race riots in every city if they don’t get it.

It is almost like a handful of people know there is a terrible calamity coming that will end everything as we know it, making short-term politics irrelevant.
The TPP and the ceding of authority to international bodies which are not controlled by the US will undo us from gun control, carbon taxes, climate change rules, banking, immigration, and all other forms of sovereignty.
And the Republicans are giving him that authority.

The new President will not have executive authority to undo the laws that this Congress is creating.
We have formed a treaty without approval by the Senate. We have not informed the public.

I would amend your statement to say that he is more than willing to kill innocent people to meet his political ideology. He doesn'tkill them directly, but he puts in place programs or causes civil unrest that get people killed.

I remember. I’m starting to get a little panicky.
(1) Making sure that as many of his activist supporters as possible are in civil-service-protected government jobs, where they can continue his policies in defiance of the next president's wishes.
(2) Having every federal agency make as many grants as possible to various Dem-staffed "non-profit" groups, to keep them flush with money.
(3) Removing any remaining conservative-leaning generals in the military.
(4) Bankrupting the fossil fuel, and particularly the coal industry, with EPA regs. It won't matter if the incoming administration overturns the regs, if the businesses are already dead, and the survivors know they can be hit again, the next time a Dem takes office.
Hussein has corrupted the military, upper levels at least - they won’t turn on him .... likely they would turn on the American people ... Christian/conservative in particular.
