A married Army general on Tuesday introduced his spouse at a Pentagon event that featured lots of top brass, including Defense Secretary Ashton Carter as the keynote speaker.
What made this seemingly routine introduction noteworthy is that Brig. Gen. Randy S. Taylor introduced his husband, Lucas.
My husband Lucas is sitting up front here, Gen. Taylor said of the man in the same row as Mr. Carter, Army Secretary John McHugh and other senior officials. He said Lucas has subjugated his own career to support the generals frequent moves over an 18-year relationship.

"I have seen this in a workplace."
I've seen it in many--especially admin. office jobs. I was a temp. And most of the time, they had the influence to get rid of straight people. It's been coming from the top, down for several decades.

“Don’t ask, don’t tell” was part of “serving,” not an element of getting a security clearance, especially a TS or above.
Up until at least a few years ago (I’m 7 years out of “official” loop) the homosexuality question was still an important part of a background investigation for a security clearance, since, even though “acceptable” to POTUS, such conduct still subjected the person seeking the clearance to blackmail.
An SSBI has to be completely redone every 5 years, so he has repeated the lies numerous times.

I don't know what to say. He's Special Ops/Airborne. You have to give him credit. He's done more to for this country than the Destroyer in Chief Obama.

By the way, he was awarded the French Commando badge.
Seems fitting.
BTW, Question: How many men are there in the French Army?
Answer; ‘bout half.

"I am a proud US ARMY vet. This shit makes me sick! Bring back the draft with no deferments. Everyone serves in some capacity."
In some capacity? That would put all of the draftees on their stomachs under the bipartisan political class queer brass whose bipartisan political class queer civilian peers each have their part in ruling our country in some capacity.
I was in an MOS in the Guard--an MOS known to be more uncomfortable than most others. Routine night moves. No passes. No sleep. No retirement. Yet, until now, I've defended our defense in many ways.
We need new leadership in business, academia and politics. It will all come out in the wash ahead.
Don't draft young men to be forcibly sodomized by officers and political NCOs (who often transfer to combat units from REMF units and even REMF branches to be instant platoon sergeants and first sergeants). Civilian parents, remember that!

18 year relationship?
So wouldn’t he have been violating the DADT policy back then, and yet he was still promoted?

How in hell did this guy with this in his background ever get past a Top Secret security check?
Don't they bother to do those things any more? Or is it that they just don't care any more what sort of moral turpitude you are involved in and anything goes?
