You seem to conveniently miss the point that he did receive counseling BEFORE he was 18.
The study quoted NEVER said ANYTHING about them having licensed or unlicensed therapy.

Nothing about counseling.

I knew exactly what the stats said for your information. There are many studies out there. Not all of them so ‘hopeful’

I just looked at just the first 10 reports. NONE of them hint at what you claim as being “not all as hopeful”

You made claims that you’ve seen reports that were not as hopeful as mine. AND YET...3 hours later...NOTHING!!!

The Gothard therapy would necessarily allow him to blame the victims for part of the crime.

No licensing would happen for that sort of therapy you can be assured.

You can be assured that the ‘cure rates’ from the study you posted did NOT involve Gothard therapy.

If you have any cure rates from Gothard therapy please post them. The reoffense rate would depend on the severity of the problem to begin with.

But JimBob wasn’t going to take any chances with something not Gothard approved.
