Thread after thread, some of us asked the same question of the people here screaming that he wasn't punished enough.
According to the Duggar parents and the two daughters, the boy went to the parents and confessed. So, we wondered what these people would do in these parents' shoes, if they had a 14yo son who confessed.
At first, their reply was "call the police," but they had nothing to offer past that.
Eventually, however, some of them did offer more specifics, and murder and castration were among their choices of punishment.
