Jerry Seinfeld has ruled out playing university audiences because they are too politically correct and he counts the entire younger generation in that.

They just want to use these words," he said. "Thats racist. Thats sexist. Thats prejudice. They dont know what the [bleep] theyre talking about.

There is always someone waiting to be offended to
There is always someone WANTING to be offended.
Around 8 or 10 years ago I bought the Blazing Saddles DVD solely because I figured in a few years you would not be able to buy it as it was released in the theaters or at all as with the Disney film "Song of the South." It looks like I was right. (my copy DID have the "schvartzer" line in it and no cuts that I could notice.

You're a bit behind the curve.
It's been moved up to:
IF you are white, THEN you are offending everyone else.
Not a molecule of testosterone or an ounce of avarice in his entire body. Very odd. Most guys would be running around the house like a pig on the loose.
A happy, lustful, joyous, rutting pig.
Are you actually getting ready to die Laz?
Or are you lamenting the fact that your twilight years are fast approaching?
I'd hate to think the former.
I am making the preparations for my untimely death.
You are...the Ultimate Prepper.
I saw this on Facebook as a sidebar of “trending” news items (most of their trending news items deal with celebrities).
Clicking it takes you to a page with a number of articles from different web sources and then Facebooker comments below.
I clicked on the one for Jezebel (a feminist blog) and the posters didn’t disappoint (you can guess their statements before reading them), for example:
...A rich, white, cisgender, heterosexual, man wants to tell me what to get offended over. #America
...maybe the thing ruining comedy isn’t political correctness but insecure men who like to literally whip their penises out as a power play.
...Anyone who uses the term “PC” is usually trying to deflect responsibility for their bullsh!t comments. Also, they’re usually not funny.
...White privilege and ignorance...he’s rich and should enjoy just keeping quiet about race/sex issues that are clearly not affecting his personal life...
...Another white man who wants to set the discourse for what’s racist and what’s sexist.
...”Get off my lawn!” harrumphs old man.
...There’s no such thing as reverse racism. People can be bigoted, but if they don’t have power, they can’t be racists. Plus the term reverse racism implies that regular old racism is ok.
1000+ variations of liberal whine translating as “hey white guys, sit down and shut up!”
Ageism, classism, sexism, and racial bigotry are okay when they do it.
Also the "ribbon bullies" who demanded that Kramer wear the AIDS ribbon if he was going to participate in the AIDS walk.
Gad, how those two p!$$ me off.
"Are joo talkin'to me?"
Especially the episode where they rip off the armoir that Kramer is supposed to be protecting for Elaine. He didn't so much as raise his voice to those two pissants. Not a normal, American male response at all.
There was blowback then too (took most of the 1990s to squash the raging politically correct speech movement).
There were mock PC rakes on Aesop's fables, we had to deal with terms like “mail person” (which sounds like male person) for mailman...
It was bad even in the early 1970s. The original punk movement (at least according to those quoted in Leggs McNeil's Please Kill Me) was fueled in part due to opposition to sanctimonious holier than thou hippies who preached political correctness (even if they didn't always live it so much themselves).
The same Marxist professors are still at college with tenure.
I love politically incorrect humor. I’ve been looking for good non-PC movies and there’s nothing recent I can think of. For MLK day I watch Undercover Brother. I LOVE Blazing Saddles. Black Dynamite had some good blacksploitation humor. The early Wayans brothers pardies were funny.
But now...
Stereotypes exist for a reason. Because they’re funny.
Seinfeld gained some notice when he had several episodes depicting two obviously homosexual characters as thugs. Usually homosexuals are depicted as saints on most tv shows and movies.
Yep, I love that episode.
“Who? Who doesn’t want to wear zee ribbon?!?”
Rickles went after everybody and turnabout was fair play.
This recording from the Friars Club (the REAL Friars, not the made for tv product) of Johnny Carson roasting Don Rickles wouldn’t fly in Hollywood today.

Sadly, yes.
The left has really gone full retard.
Anyone who does not fall in line 105% is a racist, sexist, bigot, homophobe. And it changes daily what you are supposed to believe in, and you are supposed to back it to the hilt no matter how ridiculous it is.
Otherwise, you are on the outs.
and these people call Republican the extremists, lol
Agreed. I’m 33. Perfect age. I grew up with a good dose of fun and patriotism— even in public school in NJ.
I think the cutoff age is more like under 27 or so.. about 5 years behind me is when it got real freaky and the brainwashing went into heavy effect.
Hip Hip Hooray~
His statement may be able to penetrate that invisible shields these young dopes wear on their craniums!!!
Mine wouldnet but I dont have a “famous” TV show..He on the other hand has the “street cred”
Unlikely, but possible!
