A new $tudy concludes that the upward trend of global temperatures didn't slow this century, contrary to previous analyses that suggested the world is in the midst of a global warming hiatus.
That apparent slowdown—which computer models didn’t predict—has been seized upon by those who are skeptical about man-made climate change and sparked debate about how long the pause might last.
The latest $tudy, published Thursday in the journal $cience, suggests that previous research wasn’t accurate.
The empirical evidence for global warming, they add, isn’t reflected in temperature data alone but a range of other phenomena, including shrinking ice sheets, rising sea levels and warmer oceans.
Temperature data, however, remains a crucial barometer, and the new findings could prompt a re-evaluation.

And they still have no clue what they are even talking about. These are not scientist. These are not scientific studies. They have been all over the board with their predictions and historical revisionism. First it was getting cold. Then it was getting hot. Then there was a pause. Then there was no pause. Now the Earth is back to uncontrolled warming. Which of course must explain the January snowstorm Norway just had in June. When they start factoring in atmospheric density and water content into their atmospheric temperature readings and produce heat content, then they will begin to have a clue and stop looking like fools. But the problem is they would rather just lie then actually do the difficult complex work required.

You just don’t get it, EVERYTHING is caused by globull warming. The droughts in Texas that preceded the recent floods were BOTH caused by globull warming! The lower number of hurricanes is evidence of globull warming! Even colder winters and milder summers are BOTH caused by globull warming!
How do they know? They took a survey of the liberal professors of womyn’s studies at liberal universities and they all agreed.

Everyone should head over to WattsUpWithThat. They are having a blast with this “study” - beating it like a rented mule. It came out today and there are already (at least) 3 articles thoroughly debunking it.
When I consider the global warming establishment, I feel like Dave Bowman - “my God, it’s full of ‘tards!!”

Yes, but it’s even worse than that, because these guys are not fiddling with the existing data so much as they are saying we need to have a DIFFERENT TYPE of data.
Dateline 1550 AD, Scientists and Wizards confirmed that Global Cooling was still happening with no pause.
Nostradamus had no comment as he was still compiling data for the next 600 years.
I predict the beginning of a major pause in global warming in the northern hemisphere in as few as four months in some places.
