Might as well call for a mistrial right now.
My guess ..... autopsy results don’t support her charges or give the cops’ lawyers something significant to work with in defending their clients.
In the absence of information, I’m left only to speculate.
To wit: Freddie died of an overdose of heroin that he swallowed while eluding police.
Good time to buy more shares in Dunkin’ Donuts, I think.
Maybe even invest in setting up some francises within a block or two of Baltimore precinct houses.
Kind of reminds me a bit of the presecutor in the Zimmerman case who knew the result without benefit of the relevant facts.
Mrs. Mosby is the one who did an announcement discussing what she said the evidence was in a nationally televised speech, and now that it is time to turn over the evidence, to ask for a protective order is beyond disingenuous, ...
presecutor
I thing that’s what we need to start calling these politically driven prosecutors - persecutors.
To restate the obvious, the autopsy report is crucial. At first blush it looked like an uninjured Gray went into custody and came out mortally injured, with the police offering no explanation for what happened. However, if one looks at the tape of him being loaded into the police van, it looks like his legs weren’t working very well. That cold have been caused by his suffering a spinal trauma while resisting arrest, a fact that might be disclosed by the autopsy and might show he was the primary author of his own mortal injury, a true game changer.
Makes one wonder how she even was admitted to law school and how did she pass the bar exam. (if ever)
A first year law student could do a better job.
Oftentimes political/judicial malevolence poses as incompetence.
$$$$$$$$ to be lost, if cause of death proves to be other than police handling. Give them 2 Million and it will go away. (The same 2 million will be gone in less that 2 years.)
Now that sounds rational and plausible.....I haven’t followed this that close ...is there anything else that might lead to that conclusion
Mosby has been studying Nifong procedures. She needs to ramp up the vituperation for the defendants, though.
It’s already there. The only thing the delay is doing is giving shop owners time enough to close up an get out of town.
IMO it's just about the level I was at first year law school. No, I take that back. I knew how to show depraved heart malice, and I knew if I didn't have it not to charge. I can still remember being drilled, “Where's your intent?”
The hypocrisy in this case ... yeah
But in general I think criminal cases should be tried with as little media fanfare as possible. It’s not fair to the accused to have cases tried in the media before or during the trial and lends itself to the lawyers involved becoming celebrities in the process.
However, if one looks at the tape of him being loaded into the police van, it looks like his legs werent working very well.

I noticed that in the video - IMO, he was already having some sort of issue. Mosby is hiding the autopsy result for a reason and it’s not because it helps her case(s). Despite what she says about not ‘litigating in public’, she’d want the results out (or would leak them) if it justified what she is doing.
“No malevolence”. ?
The entire prosecution is based on her racial malevolence!
