Fox News Megyn Kelly finally aired her big, much-anticipated interview with Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, in which they opened up about their son Josh Duggars public confession that he molested several young girls, including his own sisters, when he was a teenager.
The first time it happened, they explained, was when their son came to them, crying and saying he had touched his young sisters when they were asleep. Michelle Duggar said, We had one ray of hope in that Josh had a tender conscience.
There were more instances afterwards, Jim Bob Duggar said, in which their son had inappropriately touched his sisters over their clothes and a couple of instances where he touched them under their clothes, but it was like a few seconds. And, as he noted, his sons victims didnt seem to understand what had happened to them until it was subsequently explained to them.
They got very emotional as they spoke to Duggar about how they felt they failed as parents and how they came to the decision to send their son Josh to get therapy. Later on, Kelly brought up 19 Kids and Countingwhich has been pulled but not cancelled by TLCand asked, What would make you launch a reality TV show about your family, given this past? Jim Bob Duggar said they werent worried because the records were sealed and they had dealt with all this years ago.

WTF is that supposed to mean? If it was only a few seconds, no big deal? Ugh.
Did they have police departments back then?

Wow, Christians give you the creeps!
Yeah, that voice...I want to smack her and yell “Talk like a grown woman already!”
And those CRAZY eyes.
Some Christians are creepy. I’ve known a few.
Why is the media all over this? Conservative Christian family.
Mia Farrow’s brother is in prison for molestation of two 10-year-old boys. Bet you didn’t hear about that.
Locked bedroom doors...what does that tell you?
really man. I don’t believe for a second he came to them and told them. and what is this just touched them a few seconds and they didn’t know it was molestation stuff? they’re insane. and I’m sure the cop was a friend. they didn’t just walk into the station.
Did Mia Farrow's brother have a hit TV show?
I cannot believe how many are defending these people online on other sites, friends of mine included. I am biting my tongue as I do not want to lose friends. I think these people are creepy to say the least.
“Mia Farrows brother is in prison for molestation of two 10-year-old boys. Bet you didnt hear about that.”
He is in prison paying for his crimes. Josh isn’t.
“Mia Farrows brother is in prison for molestation of two 10-year-old boys. Bet you didnt hear about that”
1. Yes, I did hear about that. It was definitely in the news when he was arrested and then convicted.
2. Other than being Mia Farrow’s brother, he was not himself famous or prominent. If I recall correctly, he was a used car salesman or something. Definitely. It a celebrity himself.
3. He is IN PRISON. There were CONSEQUENCES to his actions. Not just hope of a “tender conscience” until he offended again.
Softball questions and the most clothes I can remember Megyn ever wearing on that show.
From reading just what you’ve posted, it doesn’t sound much like this interview has helped their cause, at all.
