It appears the public defenders office in McLennan County is involved in this scurrilous activity, said Paul Looney, a Houston attorney with Looney & Conrad, P.C. Ive never seen anything like the lawlessness that the authorities have perpetrated on these people and now to add insult to injury they are trying to cover their own tracks in exchange for bond.

Whether they are knowledgeable or not is another matter.
I have seen patches with "13", "FTW", and "69" on a huge number of vests in my travels, along with "DILLIGAF" and various run patches and group affiliation patches from H.O.G. to AMA to ABATE, and most were worn by club members who had zero affiliation with 1%-ers.
American, Canadian (on Canadians), and State flags are common, too.
Theirs were AMA chartered clubs, veterans groups, firefighters, and the like, not to mention a slew of independent riders.
I think, frankly, that attempts to attribute universal meaning to individual adornments will lead to painting with too broad a brush.
There seems to be a significant effort by some here to cram everyone not riding on a crotch rocket in skin graft shorts and sandals into the world of organized crime. That just isn't so, but maybe that meme serves someone's agenda well.
BTW, the leathers are protective clothing, and have better abrasion resistance than virtually any other fabric. You can get other colors besides basic black, but those are expensive and generally not seen as anything but attention-getters if you aren't racing somewhere.
...maybe that meme serves someone's agenda well.
Makes me realize -- all memes, all templates, serve some sort of agenda ... never really thought of it before until your post. Conclusion: A meme or a template is a red flag.
My wife can handle anything with legs. Snakes are evil incarnate. When I point out that snakes eat rats and mice, her response id “doesn’t matter. They don’t have legs.”
In all fairness, my mom is as ruthless with spiders as my husband, so ... !!

I didn’t think you could sign your rights away like this.
I love shotguns and hot cars, too! Oh ... and my husband! He also like shotguns and hot cars ... two outta three ain’t bad!
I am still looking for the source of this info.
I am of the persuasion that the Vise Grips were one of many tangential groups caught up in the sweep by the Waco PD, that are now experiencing the consequences of (at worst) guilt by association and are being painted with a broad brush. Fu(k that.
Well, if my first bike at 12 was a mid life crisis, I guess I’ve been the odds x4.
Dallas, TX June 1, 2015 / Submit Press Release 123 /
Dallas, TX On Friday, May 29, 2015, F. Clinton Broden of the Dallas based criminal defense firm Broden, Mickelsen, Helms & Snipes LLP filed a civil rights lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas based on his clients unconstitutional arrest and detention related to the incident that occurred at Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas on May 17, 2015.
We have been informed that McLennan County may be requiring all individuals arrested in relation to the shooting that occurred at Twin Peaks in Waco, Texas to waive their rights to sue McLennan County, City of Waco, and all officers involved in the arrests in exchange for a bond reduction. If this information is true, it is a violation of Rule 4.04, which prohibits a lawyer to take a position in a criminal case to influence the outcome of a civil case and any lawyer involved in this conduct is subject to discipline including possible disbarment. Broden said, We are hopeful the rule of law will eventually return to Waco and that law enforcement and prosecutorial authorities will follow that law and the Rules of Professional Responsibility.

Just tonight I found a fascinating “skinny” spider, who has taken up residence beside my kitchen sink.
It’s big but scrawny, all legs and nearly no body.
Great place for a web because everything that flies tends to wind up bumping against the window above the sink.
Smart spider.
I have a buch of jumping spiders hopping around in here, too.
They’re very sociable things and seem to actually feel compelled to hang out around my sofa.
Then there are the “pointy black spiders” [no idea what they are called] who follow me around the machine shop.
They must like feet.
:)
Of course you are.

They are an outlaw gang support club. They obey the orders of their parent club.
You could save me a lot of time and effort if you could give me the source.
Sorry.
I may be subhuman but I’m not your slave.
Spiders are unusual creatures, as this short documentary shows...
