artificial islands and typhoon. maybe one good typhoon will wipe them out, then end of story!
Most typhoons in the PI area tend to swing north and weaken as they exit PI.
A typhoon strong enough to wipe out structures on artificial islands West of PI's main Islands would have left PI in much worse shambles than their normal.
I don't think that would be a "good typhoon."
