Good evening, Meg....((HUGS))....how are you doing with all the rain?
Is your area getting rain? Is it a drainage ditch behind your house?
I talked to my brother and then niece, both in Kingwood, northeast of Houston. They said they are ok for now, but a niece 20 minutes farther up the road has a completely flooded yard and the water is still rising.

It’s a small ravine with drainage going into it. It’s deep enough and I am high enough to be in no danger
My neighborhood did not get the heavier rainfall that the east side of Waco got...Lots of flash flooding there.
The Hill country and Houston area really got hit.
I am very fortunate.

Glad you are safe. I hope your lakes are really getting a good portion of the rain. Those flash floods are pretty dangerous.
I miss asking Arrowhead how his lake is doing.
Continued prayers for his recovery so he can get home to the things he loves.
