The only reason that ISIS is expanding and doing so well militarily with lots of American equipment is because Obama doesn’t want to stop them and is conducting an ineffective air campaign for PR purposes only.

America has a long very bad record of trying to create counter insurgency groups:
Castro asked for US help prior to his revolution, we supported the loser Batista.
Ho Chi Min asked for US help, post WWII, we supported the loser X and then loser Diem bros.
The Taliban and Mujaheddin asked for US help against USSR and got it, thus paving the way for Bin Laden.
Noriega asked for US help...
Papa Doc in Haiti asked for US help...
Every regime we support or counter insurgency we support backfires so if it is true Obama created ISIS, nothing new folks...
The real question is, will he let them conquer Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and then launch Armageddon by attacking Israel or...will Obama just let his friends in Iran nuke the Jews of Israel, only to come after the US after that.
