Despite the characterization by police that the afternoon gathering at a Twin Peaks restaurant in Waco, Texas that led to Sundays bloody shooting incident was a gathering of criminal biker gangs with violent intent, the meeting appears to have been a legitimate, organized gathering of motorcycle riders meeting to discuss political issues.
The group that met was the Texas Confederation of Clubs and Independents (CoC&I) and a look at that groups website and history gives a very different impression of the groups purpose and goals than what has been said repeatedly by Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton.

Except that it is hosted by Media Matters, and therefore has everything to do with Media Matters, who has done the editing on the video and is now pushing the agitprop.
Just the fact that you are cruising that Schillary-funded website tells me everything I need to know about you.
There is one thing Ive always wondered, however. When they post the job description for people who do the things you do
are they honest? Do they say something like: Forum Sh!t-Stirrer Wanted: Gender Studies majors and partial lobotomies encouraged to apply? Or is it fancier Newspeak terminology, such as Virtual Fecal-Agitation Technician desired for pre-2016 deployment?

Here is the youtube. You can see that MM did not edit it.

Acutually not. I was on Winterhalder’s website. There he has the link to the interview on MM.

I don’t think Winterhalder would have the site linked if it had edited his interview.

Hey, I only posted a link to an interview with a former Bandidos biker. If you have a gripe with what he said, take it up with him, not me.
“Youre seriously linking to Media Matter here? Who the hell are you?”
I took the link off of the website of Winterhalder. Winterhalder established the Oklahoma chapter of the Bandidos and was the high-ranking member of the Bandidos responsible for the assimilation of a Canadian outlaw motorcycle club known as the Rock Machine into the Bandidos, which became the Canadian chapters of the Bandidos motorcycle club.
I did a search of the web for the above quote, and it only appears in your FR comment. Please specify where you got that the Bandidos controlled the organization holding the meeting.
The Bandidos MC is a 1%-er organization. In south Texas during the late 60s and early 70s, they were numerous. Texas had a regime of trying to keep peace with them and publicly advised local law abiding residents to do the same. I was there.
So out of curiosity, I just now had a look around the Net. Today, they’re worldwide and number in the thousands.

“In fact, most bikers Im familiar with in CA, make these guys look like choir boys”
So how come your bikers from CA keep getting knocked off when they try to establish in Texas ...

Take it up with Edward Winterhalder. I got the link from him.
“What is an unauthorized patch? “
In Texas it is one not authorized by the Bandidos. In this case the Cossacks chose wear the “Texas” bottom rocker which is part of the Bandidos three-part patch.
Thanks for the link
Waitresses and other witnesses claim shooting started in parking lot and folks ran inside to get away from it including non patched bikers
Yet further down it claims bloodstained inside of restaurant
Video was released to media but they aren’t showing it
Per those links
Says one biker on patio fired handgun from patio and then ran inside
That is the only written account I have thus far of that
“I’m the Sgt of Arms for my Star Touring group and we are the one group without a home name on our rocker. After a couple of 1% MC members showed up at a meeting and told us to remove the city rocker from our vests or it would be forcibly removed, they then flashed some heavy metal and left. Half the members split and now our rocker just says So Cal. Stay away from territory 3 piece rockers.”

That’s how I see it. This was just the start.
On December 15, 1890, 40 Indian policemen arrived at Chief Sitting Bull’s house to arrest him. Crowds gathered in protest, and the first shot was fired when Sitting Bull tried to pull away from his captors, killing the officer who had been holding him. Additional shots were fired, resulting in the death of Sitting Bull, eight of his supporters, and six policemen.
(on Dec 29) At that moment, two soldiers seized Black Coyote from behind, and (allegedly) in the struggle, his rifle discharged. At the same moment Yellow Bird threw some dust into the air, and approximately five young Lakota men with concealed weapons threw aside their blankets and fired their rifles at Troop K of the 7th. After this initial exchange, the firing became indiscriminate.

I know they were around the restaurant, but they should have been in it, that is, in the place where the event was occurring. This whole thing seems to have started with a fight in the bathroom or someplace near it, where one of the gang members felt “dissed” by somebody in a rival club. They were clearly spoiling for it to begin with, and I can’t understand why the restaurant or franchise owner wouldn’t let the cops be present on the premises.
He was originally requested to cancel the event because of the potential for violence. Apparently, there was a lot of on-line chatter about one club looking for revenge against the other because of some kind territorial dispute. But he wouldn’t cancel it, so the police had even offered to be present without charging the usual fee for being hired to provide security at a private event.
I think the franchise owner or manager showed very poor judgment (first of all, probably by hosting the event...).
Winterhalders real fame is as a source of material for Hollywood outlaw biker stuff like SAMCRO and Gangland
I don’t how they view him now but his roots appear genuine
I’d wager he’s the medias go to guy on outlaw bikers who’s not a cop
