A website widely read by bikers called “The Aging Rebel” has published an alternative account of what happened during Sundays bloody shootout in Waco, Texas. The article titled The Waco Police Massacre brings out a number of details not previously published and also presents the controversial theory that event was essentially a police ambush.

You really think the cops will blame themselves if they overreacted?
They never do why start now?
That cop in South Carolina would be walking free had he not been recorded murdering that man
It’s too early to tell but I see loads of questions here based on fatalities and scene photos and circumstances that frankly give me reason to suspect at least a little the official version aped so far by police spokesman Swanton(sic) and the media reports which have been about the same ver batim for two days
Questioning police behavior is not indicative of jackshite except one has a desire for and appreciation of empirical truth
A pillar of Burkian conservatism
A notion lost on some here
Honestly, I’m more interested in the case in Florida with the guys who were reportedly planning an attack on a police station, a church, and the Elks club.
By your standard, Jesus’ disciples didn’t have brains.
The cops should try to quell the violence, yes. But to shoot the bikers as they attempt to run for their lives makes them worse than the bikers.
OMG - they were white. We all need to run to the streets and burn down buildings and loot stores.
Isn’t that how it’s done?
Nobody seems to be talking about the fact that the ATF was also there.
The ATF has a long reputation for using local Police to be their shooters; as well as a long reputation for gross overkill.
There is more to this than meets the eye.
And we will probably never hear all the facts.
I’ll bet nearly all of the deceased were shot by police/SWAT just because they were trying to get the hell out of there. Not a good enough reason to kill someone, IMO.
I agree but seems we are in the minority , so will let it play out.
It is, isn’t it?
Possibly the tour company planning this biker conflab picked the place to show how normal, and I-fit-in with family at Sunday dinner the 1% were willing to be. /s
That is, until the bathroom brawl brought forth their prickly nature and true colors flying.
And some times they mess up good people by being full of sh*t. Don't think they are all such lilly white people themselves or beyond lying to make themselves seem more valuable. They get to do everything the bad guys do, for fun and profit.
What a stretch there, for a “standards” cop. Seriously?
Scott Walker, Rick Perry, Iowa Senator Joni Ernst, and probably other pols are known for the bike fundraisers, and there are some coming up this summer. The MSM will be claiming conservative candidates are wannabe biker gangs. This could have more influence than people think.
Fantasy. Pure fantasy. Are you a professional fiction writer, by any chance?
These bikers are worse than the Baltimore looters. They are the essence of organized crime.
“But to shoot the bikers as they attempt to run for their lives makes them worse than the bikers.”
WHERE did THAT come from?
Not at all. I am inclined to believe the cops did the right thing because cops usually do the right thing, however this accusation is serious enough that it should not be dismissed out of hand.
If forensics show that everyone was shot with 5.56 ammo, then it becomes harder to believe that bikers shot each other.
If we hear that they were shot with .45s, .38s, 9mm, etc, then we can dismiss this accusation as having no merit.
Could I see the cops shooting patched members? Yes. That's believable. If deadly force (includes hammers and blunt objects) is being used in the melee in the public restaurant, that can easily be forseen.
Could I see outlaw MC's trying to pin this on the police? Yes. Takes off some of the heat.
Did anyone not think the conspiracy theories werent coming.
Of course. And, the first conspiracy theories are the ones posted in the MSM.
This is likely true, and if so, the evidence will bear it out. Now if we find them unwilling to release information regarding the caliber of weapons with which people had been shot, then we can suspect that something isn't right with this whole scenario.
Given the number of Law Enforcement officers involved, I doubt any coverup is possible. I don't think you can get that many decent people to lie or remain quiet.
Too bad, too sad. Start gun fights, get gunned down.
