Defense, State Department Documents Reveal Obama Administration Knew 10 Days in Advance:

Judicial Watch announced today that it obtained more than 100 pages of previously classified “Secret” documents from the Department of Defense (DOD)and the Department of State revealing that DOD almost immediately reported that the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi was committed by the al Qaeda and Muslim Brotherhood-linked “Brigades of the Captive Omar Abdul Rahman” (BCOAR), and had been planned at least 10 days in advance. Rahman is known as the Blind Sheikh, and is serving life in prison for his involvement in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and other terrorist acts. The new documents also provide the first official confirmation that shows the U.S. government was aware of arms shipments from Benghazi to Syria. The documents also include an August 2012 analysis warning of the rise of ISIS and the predicted failure of the Obama policy of regime change in Syria.

The documents were released in response to a court order in accordance with a May 15, 2014, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed against both the DOD and State Department seeking communications between the two agencies and congressional leaders

A Defense Department document from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), dated September 12, 2012, the day after the Benghazi attack, details that the attack on the compound had been carefully planned by the BOCAR terrorist group “to kill as many Americans as possible.” The document was sent to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Obama White House National Security Council. The heavily redacted Defense Department “information report” says that the attack on the Benghazi facility “was planned and executed by The Brigades of the Captive Omar Abdul Rahman (BCOAR).” The group subscribes to “AQ ideologies:”

Should we assume these are documents the feckless Republicans in Congress have been unable to obtain through one of the many Congressional investigations of Benghazi? Yet a private organization, suing in Federal Court has been able to obtain the documents. How long will it be before the Judiciary is completely filled with leftists to the point no private lawsuits under the Freedom of Information Act will be supported by judges?

I am living for the election in November 2016. I cannot wait to get rid of the garbage that we have as a presidential administration. Each thing that we learn of shows more maleficence in this administration. In the beginning, I had hoped for a democratic administration that would function like Kennedy’s or Johnson’s. Instead we got the Keystone Cops. Each and everything that requires some handling is left to work itself out. Nobody is handling anything on the international level.

Our allies shudder watching the performance of this president. Isis is shaming us and Obama keeps just stating that the Islamic State has nothing to do with Islam. I don’t know if the O is for Obama or Ostrich. The Islamic State is something that needs dealing with. Obama doesn’t realize that. The next president will have to. Let’s hope that it is not a democrat or we’re lost.

You see something may be “illegal” but until there is an entity that can apprehend and punish the criminal it’s really just words on paper. The rule of law is dead. In a new account, former CIA Deputy Director Michael Morell, who has been implicated in the Benghazi talking-points scandal, claimed the Sept. 11, 2012, attack against the U.S. Benghazi mission took place with “little or no advance planning....””

Seeking to promote his new book on the war on terrorism published this week, Morell turned a section of the forthcoming work into a piece at Politico titled “The Real Story of Benghazi: A CIA insider’s account of what happened on 9/11/12.”

In the piece, Morell writes, “I believe that, with little or no advance planning, extremists in Benghazi made some phone calls, gathering a group of like-minded individuals to go to the TMF (Temporary Mission Facility in Benghazi). When they attacked, at about 9:40 p.m. local time, the assault was not well organized — they seemed to be more of a mob who intended to breach the compound and see what damage they could do.”
