If I was running an insurance company I would find out where this guy is stationed, and then triple the property/casualty premiums on every building in that area.

We need the fire chief from “Chicago Fire”....he wouldn’t stand for this at all.
The affirmative action hire WILL NOT be fired. He will be promoted where he won’t have to deal with fire fighting.
The only thing that matters is what you look like or who you sleep with. Ability and talent have no place in the modern world if you are not a white man.

I saw a tv movie back in the 1970’s about a new fireman who once looked the other way for an arsonist who was the same color as he. The fireman was played by Richard Roundtree. In the movie the other fireman went after him and in the end the guy caught another arsonist to absolve himself.
