Did they really spend $205 MILLION on a website? How many million people in Hawaii? If they had divided the money up evenly and gave every man, woman and child in Hawaii their share and invested it, they would have free eternal healthcare living off the interest! What am I missing?

According to the 2010 Census, the total population of Hawaii is 1,419,561. But it is much worse than that.

According to the article, that $205 million resulted in enrollment of 8,500 people. That comes out to approximately $24,000 per person. That does not include whatever subsidized premiums that the enrollees paid out of pocket for their Obamacare insurance.
