Speaking of queers causing accidents, Bruce Jenner killed someone in an accident recently. About a month later he goes on TV to blab about his excitement for his gender reassignment.

From the article:
“Bostian suffered a concussion and head wound in the crash that required 14 staples, his attorney said, as well as injuries to both of his legs. “

Thanks. That is what got my attention on the other thread. The train left Philadelphia on time.

“Bostian initially spoke with investigators Tuesday night. He was treated at a hospital and then released and transported to the Philadelphia Police Department. He later declined to provide a formal statement to police and requested a lawyer, which he now has, officials said.”
He wasn’t so disoriented and traumatized that he didn’t know he was in deep doo doo. As you say, he now has Hillary’s disease.

“Upon his release from the hospital he spent hours inside East Detective headquarters, and according to Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey he declined to give a formal statement about the wreck, even after his union lawyer arrived.
Bostian and his attorney avoided the media and left that station through a back door.
As for other crew members, police say the conductor of the train received a fractured skull, was in surgery for many hours and remains in critical condition.”

That was his lawyer speaking. A head injury with immediate memory loss is part of a neuro exam. They would have kept him for observation.
I believe the lawyer's concussion conclusion is part of the defense for memory loss.

I remembered tonight that I could probably look it up.
For Amtrak, anything under 10 minutes late is excellent.

I believe the lawyer's concussion conclusion is part of the defense for memory loss. Seems logical.

The NTSB spokesman in the video above said the Speed Limit before the curve is 80 mph.

Both good points. I’d be surprised though, if the speed limit was anywhere near 100 when it had to drop to 50 shortly, but I could be wrong.
As for making up time, I hope to heavens that isn’t it.

I am listening to this:
NEW VIDEO released in Amtrak #188 Crash (official)
and he states that the locomotive had CAMERAS as well.
I saw that earlier. We were in a restaurant and a TV that had closed captioning was on. I read that they had a head on camera, so hopefully that helps figure out what exactly happened.

That's a new train and it has a video recorder.
http://www.eweek.com/mobile/slideshows/amtraks-new-siemens-locomotive-with-digital-controls-cruises-rails.html
You Can't Miss These Signals
The train control system communicates with a computer in the locomotive to display current messages from the railway's signaling system, showing the current signal condition, speed restrictions and the current authorized speed at any time. With this in the cab on the control console, the engineer can always see the current signal condition, and be prepared to slow or stop the locomotive in advance.
