Bostian suffered a concussion and head wound in the crash that required 14 staples, his attorney said, as well as injuries to both of his legs.
That was his lawyer speaking. A head injury with immediate memory loss is part of a neuro exam. They would have kept him for observation.
I believe the lawyer's concussion conclusion is part of the defense for memory loss.
