Gotnews.com has independently identified the engineer at the center of the Amtrak crash that has killed at least seven.
Brandon Bostian is the 32-year-old gay man who lawyered up after a deadly derailment in Philadelphia. The train was reportedly going twice the speed limit.
ABC 6 previously reported that “Brandon Boshan,” not Brandon Bostian, was to blame for the deadly crash. (They have since taken down the link.)
Bostian is a gay activist who previously worked at Target as a cashier before joining Amtrak, according to his LinkedIn.

I think you’re right. It happened near us when we lived in California. Wasn’t he texting his gay lover at the time?
Breaking on the curve is the dead last thing you should do. It causes the kinetic energy to focus on going straight, which would be off the tracks.
As long as the train is moving, some of that kinetic energy is dissipated by the forward momentum around the curve. Stop the forward momentum burn off, and close to 100% is shifted to the train’s former path.

It would seem to me this guy did everything possible to take this train off the tracks.
During his training he must have been taught about breaking in curves.
No doubt in my mind it was a suicide plan that changed at the last minute. If they would put a proctoscope up there, after removing the gerbils and mustard jars, they will surely find a miserable suicidal homo.
Suicide is my take too, but deeper study will have to be done to confirm your inside conclusions.
I’ve been researching suicide/homicide for something I’m working on. Professionals think it is a whole lot more common than we know. Mostly unreported. Many supposed road rage accidents are exactly that. And, one car accidents where the driver and the object of his rage are present. A combination of homicidal rage and self loathing at a suicidal level. It is also an exercise in power by those feeling powerless. I don’t think there are many things more powerful than a speeding train. Or many things more self-loathsome than a homosexual.
What more likely candidate than this loser?
Probability of that is quite small. Most suicides don't kill others, especially a group of strangers. But this Bostian might have been "influenced" by the recent suicide by plane crash by the German co-pilot. Or even the suicide by air crash by the 9/11 hijackers or the Japanese kamikazes in WWII.
But even though a suicide attempt by the engineer is improbable as an explanation for the train derailment, it is still a more likely explanation for the recent incident than "suicide" was for the 1993 death of Vince Foster! (In other words, the probability that Vince Foster's death was a suicide is just about ZERO.)
Anton, while you may have a good point, and one that should be considered, I don’t know that this person was at a crisis point. If so, I’d say your odds go up considerably.
That’s my take on Foster too.
There’s no way I will ever accept that as anything other than an organized crime hit.

Then you had Jerry Parks, the third man in a triangle with Hillary Clinton, and Vince Foster, who was gunned down in his own vehicle just outside of Little Rock, about six weeks before Foster was killed.
Upon hearing this Vince said, “I’m a dead man.”

I swore to myself I’d never forget his name in conjunction with Foster. Parks was a small time private investigator that got entangled with the Clintons.
He was keeping tabs on Bill for the old crone. She wanted him to turn over his files after they made it to the White House. I’m not sure exactly what happened, but he wasn’t forthcoming and Foster was his contact.
I think he may have been afraid that if handed over the files, he wouldn’t have anything they wanted, and he wouldn’t be safe, knowing too much.
As I recall, his home was broken into and the only things taken were those files. Soon he was dead. Then Foster was too.
This is how I recall the mess. Someone may be able to correct me on parts of it.
